The increase of prevalence among adults and children is reported in the Russian Federation. During setting up new rehabilitation divisions (departments), centers it is reasonable to carry on preliminary discovering the most socially important diseases and calculate the rehabilitation aid need. Methods of calculation of the population demand in rehabilitation and medical rehabilitation is based on the data of adult population morbidity on classes and groups of diseases (on MCH-10) and also on the indications and contra-indications for rehabilitation and medical rehabilitation in out-patient, outpatients clinic and in-patient conditions. Scientific-grounded data on the population demand in medical rehabilitation of patients and disable persons may become the ground for perspective planning of the development of medioprophylactic institutions, their medical specialization, effective use of bed fund, medical staff, non-medicamental methods of treatment, improvement of patients treatment effectiveness.

In the program of nurses education studying bases of rehabilitation takes an important place. For the nurse could carry out the professional duties, it is necessary not only to be able to define patient reactions to illness and to carry out basic kinds of nurses manipulations, but also to understand importance of nurses activity in a complex of rehabilitation actions. It is promoted by studying of questions of rehabilitation on many clinical disciplines, carrying out of students conferences, education on clinical bases of medical school.

Possibilities of mathematical analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) to study the mechanisms sanogenesis the application of new methods of physio-and electroreflexotherapy (ERT) were used in terms of medical application of dynamic electroneurostimulation (DENS). The authors study influence of pulse low-frequency electromagnetic field, generated by INFITA apparatus, on immunological indices of animals with experimental chronic inflammatory pathology. The data show immunostimulating and antiinflammatory effect of this physical factor. It allows to consider the application of pulse low-frequency electromagnetic field like an effective method of treatment of disease, associated with immunodeficiency.

In the article, an innovative technology of transdermal introduction of pharmaceutical compositions, named hydroelectrophoresis, is described. Advantages of hydroelectrophoresis in comparison with methods of classical physiotherapy are discussed. We estimatie efficiency of given technology in humeral articulation poststroke arthropathyrestoration treatment in 3 groups of patients. We demonstrate wide effectiveness of Hydrofor technology when combined with traditional rehab procedures, in contrast to groups that gained hydroelectrophoresis procedure withoutpharmaceutical compositions, or groups that received only traditional rehab procedures.

100 patients (57 men and 43 women) at the age from 45 till 75 years with ischemic stroke in the basin of the middle cerebral artery 30 days from the beginning of the disease were examined. Patients were divided into two homogeneous groups based on the content of a medical complex: the main group I (n = 50) received training on the robotic complex Lokomat, Group II, control (n = 50) received training treadmill with the unloading of body weight. All the patients underwent a standardized rehabilitation treatment (drug therapy, physiotherapy, massage). The patients of I (basic) and II (control) group both before and after rehabilitation for evaluation of systemic hemodynamics carried out impedance cardiography by the device CardioScreen 1000 of Niccomo (USA), and to quantify the parameters of cerebral blood flow all patients underwent bilateral transcranial Doppler middle cerebral artery (MCA). Trainings of patients of the basic and control groups were carried out by the scheme: 40 minutes 5 days a week for 6 weeks. A 6-point scale the degree of paresis, stroke scale National Institute of Health, the index distance Hauser were used to assess the rehabilitation measures Analyzing the received results, it is possible to assume that the inclusion of the method of robotic therapy on a complex apparatus Lokomat, a program of comprehensive rehabilitation in the early rehabilitation period of ischemic stroke improves recovery of gait.

Оf one of the most serious consequences of stroke is a violation of the functions of the walk, which takes place in varying degrees in most patients with stroke. Therefore, restoration, improvement of skills of walk and gait speed are treated as a priority the rehabilitation of the patients. Article is devoted to an actual problem of rehabilitation of infants of the first year of the living, who had a cerebral ischemiahypoxemia of I-II degrees. It covers action mechanisms of physical exercises on indicators of psychomotor development of infants of the first year of living taking into account features of vegetative regulation of a cardiac rhythm and type of adaptation to physical activity. The new approach to the rehabilitation of infants of the first year of the living - based on development of motor habits considering not chronological age but adaptable possibilities of an organism and their adequate stimulation by the graduated physical exertion - is offered.
