Abstract
The detailed morbidity analysis under the adult population hospitalization in the section of 6 adult groups on all classes and some separate diseases has been made. Adult population hospitalization tendencies, reflecting its essential differences, depending on the age have been revealed. The dependence between age groups of population and kind of its in-patient treatment, relating to number of hospitalization as well as pathology character, requiring treatment on specific profile beds, has been reflected. The present research is the first stage of a wide range of works for the determination of the Russian population need in rehabilitation medicine which will be developed by us in the section of age groups, taking into account the severity of disease, in in-patient and out-patient treatment conditions.

Abstract
Has been studied informativeness of Ayurveda during the preclinical diagnostic of chronic stress, compared with informativeness of modern functional polyparametric technology. Examined 74 young clinically healthy volunteers -students (32 men and 42 women) in the age of from 17 to 24 years of age (the average age of 18,76±2.3 years). The general estimation of a functional condition of the students, made using the polyparametric technology and Ayurveda are the same. There was found a reliable correlation between indicators of Ayurveda, the concentration of cortisol in the blood and the indices of Central hemodynamic.

PRIMENENIE DISTANTsIONNOGO DIAGNOSTIChESKOGO MONITORINGA V REABILITATsIONNOY PRAKTIKE
Abstract
The readers attention offers the problem of practical arrangement of using the remote diagnostics devices in medical-prophylactic activity. We handle a problem on example of own remote cardiological-respiratory diagnostic device design. The remote long-term follow-up the patient integrates with the large diagnosed data level, which can be kept in electronic patient records in medical-prophylactic establishments. This electronic patient records roots in medical-prophylactic establishments in medical informational systems. But, in the absence thereof defined standards produced to interchange, management and integration of medical data base in Russian Federation, the specialized software engineering under the individual medical informational systems will be limit to the competitive quality of the remote diagnostics devices. The software of the remote diagnostics devices on the one hand should be independently from the individual medical informational system, and on the other hand should be support integration with any medical informational system. Such software can be installed in specialized remote diagnostics centers. The possibility of export the most significant results of diagnostics in electronic patient records in medical informational system shall be support for specialists.

VLIYaNIE FITOPREPARATOV NA GUMORAL'NYY IMMUNNYI OTVET
Abstract
The influence of plant preparations metosept, vitanorm, maxifam and baktrum on the number of antibody forming cells (AFC) to sheep erythrocytes in mouse spleen has been investigated. Mice received a mix of preparations (0.1mg/mouse, 0. 7 and 7.0 mg/mouse) or separate preparations (0.7 mg/mouse) within two weeks. The estimation of the number of AFC at the peak of immune response shown that complex application of preparations suppresses humoral immune response in using doses. At the normal immune response a mix of preparations decreased the number of AFC two fold in a dose of 0. 1-0.7 mg/mouse and four fold in a dose of 7.0 mg/mouse. The separate application of baktrum and metosept resulted in 20-30% decrease in the number of AFC, vitanorm didn’t influence on immune response and maxifam caused a twofold increase in the number of AFC. In dexamethasone-induced immunodeficiency model a mix of preparations caused a fourfold decrease in the number of AFC. The separate application of baktrum and vitanorm resulted in 20-30% decrease in the number of AFC, metosept didn’t change the number of AFC, maxifam increased humoral immune response in 2.5-fold. Thus, complex application of preparations suppresses humoral immune response, whereas the separate application of preparations causes an insignificant suppressing effect. Maxifam possess immunocorrecting activity.

Abstract
We have analyzed routine clinical scales for estimation balance at quite standing and walking at the point of the initial data and its comparability to clinical condition and objective methods by biomechanics devices. Currently at the active using different clinical scales which was worked out as for stroke patients as coming from another specialties. However, at the clinical scales we did not find differentiation of components of analyzed function. Assessment of walking has time-space character and do not include functional biomechanics components.

Abstract
Elevated levels of anxiety and emotional stress in children with neuroses and neurosis-like states, as well as on the autistic spectrum disorder may reduce the effectiveness of treatment. The programs of medical, psychological and educational rehabilitation in the psycho-neurological hospital can efficiently receptive and active acoustic impacts conducted based on individual musical preferences of patients. At higher levels of anxiety and emotional stress, the presence of active and passive protest reactions, reducing background mood used therapeutic singing with vocal therapy elements and noise scores, listening to individual computer sound files with mother’s voice against the functional music, audio-visual stimulation. Audiovisual stimulation can also be used in violation of the accuracy of internal time reference, suggest reduced functional reserves.
