Optimization of cardiovascular reflex variability in patients with AH by the innovations of RM makes possible to reach circadian target level of BP. We registered significant reduction of cholesterol level, atherogenic index (р< 0,05) and also systolic (21%) and diastolic (27 %) BP level (р< 0,01) among patients taking functional foods product (FFP) Samarsky zdorovjak. Curative effect of FFP Samarsky zdorovjak is realized through hepatoprotective function, reduction of hyperlipidemia and obesity, lypolitic and antioxidative effect, and normalization of BP level. Therefore FFP Samarsky zdorovjak is considered to be adequate drug-free modality of effective treatment of patients with AH and metabolic syndrome. FFP Samarsky zdorovjak has a triple capacity, on the one hand it can regulate telomerase activity (by increasing the quantity) at chronic stress & on the other hand it has an ability to control this activity by reduction its quantity in malignant diseases (geroprotective, detoxication, prebiotic, hepatoprotective, prebiotic, antioxidant action, as well as continuous synthesis of enzymes and hormone).

This is a review of the 2008-2010 scientific medical publications dedicated to the problem of application of robotic systems in rehabilitation of the patients with various movement disorders.

In two experiments with 7-day dry immersion cellulose acetate electrophoresis of blood proteins from tests subjects was carried out. 4 individuals participated in the first experimental series, and 9 - in the second. The above immersion studies produced similar effects, namely, the decrease of the percentage of albumin fraction, individual shifts in α1-globulin, elevation of α2-globulin, and the decline of γ-globulin. These alterations in sum correspond to the pattern intrinsic for an acute phase reaction. Earlier the same changes in electrophoretic profile were detected in the blood of cosmonauts after short-term space flights. The changes in the content of electrophoretic fractions at the acute phase response are backgrounded by the acceleration or depression of the synthesis of several protein known as an acute phase proteins (positive and negative acute phase proteins correspondingly). Albumin is a negative acute phase protein, i.e. its production at an acute phase response decreases. Nevertheless, the attenuation in its content observed in our immersion studies can be also produced by its migration from the blood to extravascular space because of its possible role in plasma volume regulation.

The results of a comprehensive examination and treatment of interval hypoxic training and enteral oxygen therapy 285 patients with bronchial asthma. We characterize the changes of immunological reactivity in asthmatic patients after the combined method. For asthma sufferers the combined rate was effective means of correcting the immunological reactivity. It has led to increased antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-immunity in patients with bronchial asthma.

Combined application of functional stimulation and robotic gait reconstruction at the patients in acute stroke period. Fifty-eight patients with hemiparesis in acute period of ischemic stroke were examined and divided into two groups: the 1st one included 38 patients which have got the rehabilitation course applying robotic device Erigo and functional electrostimulation using MOTIONSTIM 8 module. The patients of the 2nd group (n=20) got complex treatment without including functional stimulation. For estimation of rehabilitation measures we used six marks paresis scale and electrophysiological examination ( impedance cardiography, transcranial Doppler ultrasonography of the damaged middle cerebral artery, evoked potentials ) before, at the time and after robotic device session. It was established that the applying of functional electrostimulation is safety in acute stroke period and the effect of combined application of functional stimulation and robotic device surpasses the traditional kinesiotherapy.

Nowadays, there is no certain ethiopathogenetic conception of sclera lichen atrophy and vulva planocellular hyperplasia development. The methods of effective therapy and prophylaxis in stated pathology are not worked out, too. During standard electroneuromyografic research of the nerve conduction of tibial and fibular nerves in women with stated pathology of externalia the following data were revealed: conductivity reduction of terminal tibial nerve in both low extremities, the height of M-response of tibial and fibular nerves in both low extremities, time index and rate index of impulse conduction on S1spinal roots stage and detection periodicity of antidromic responses. For the first time we have worked out cutaneous electrostimulation of neuronal structures as a part of pathogenetic therapy of chronic dystrophic diseases of vulva for the recovery of impaired parasympathetic innervation of vulva area and adjacent tissues on local postganglionic level with the help of Miowave, an apparatus for multi-way electroneurostimulation.

An application of hyperbaric oxygenation (GBO) in comprehensive treatment for chronic placental linsufficiency (HPN) has been pathogeneticly substantiated in the article. The working principle and method of implementation GBOs session elaborated by authors allow to eliminate the progression of postcava syndrome and oxygenous intoxication among the pregnants. According to clinical, ultrasonic, cardiotocographic methods and morphologic placenta analysis it occurs the increasing of compensatory defense mechanism inside the fetoplacental combination after implementation of GBOs therapy among the pregnants with HPN. The inclusion of hyperbaric oxygenation into multimodality HPNs therapy allows to reduse the frequency of anemia by 14,1%, perinatal nervous breakdown by 14.3% in comparison with standart pharmacotherapy

This paper reviews the unique rehabilitation characteristics of the Alcoholic Liver Disease (ALD) patients who have formerly undergone coronary artery bypass graft surgery or coronary angioplasty due to ischemic heart disease. It was found that practically all the ALD patients consumed alcohol. Approximately 60% of the patients who were previously subjected to reparative surgery on coronary arteries suffered from ALD of various types and forms. The ALD patients were in severe need of primary ALD prevention and the use of contemporary rehabilitation techniques for the ischemic heart disease patients (including physical, medical, psychophysical and social techniques) considering the unique characteristics of the disease. The research has shown that conjunctive use of rehabilitation procedures allows for an essential decrease in nosomical rehabilitation period of the ALD patients which can be matched with the control group of patients.

Results of application of physical therapeutic factors on patients after aesthetic plastic operations on the face, and principles of the differential treatment. Shown, that physical therapeutic factors in the period of medical rehabilitation allow to reduce restoration terms and improve aesthetic results.
