Ryavkin S.Y., Ponomarenko G.N., Drobyshev V.A., Shashukov D.A., Vlasov A.A., Safronov A.A., Vasilenko A.M.

Abstract

The results of two randomize controlled studies of the new specialized DENAS-Vertebra device making possible programmed biooperated dynamic electrical nerve stimulation are presented. The device is intended as for influence on all back area in a mode of «a running wave» electro massage and for influence on pain localization from cervical up to lumbosacral area of the backbone. Neurological findings, painful syndrome intensity and myofascial painful sensitivity assessment, a condition of blood circulation examined by rheography and laser Doppler flowmetry, parameters of quality of life (SF-36) and patients vital activity assessed by the Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire have shown reliably higher clinical efficiency in the DENAS-Vertebra groups in comparison with control groups. Ergonomic characteristics of DENAS-Vertebra device provide the achievement of the certain consensus between requirements of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) procedures standardization and personification as well as economic efficiency of DENAS-Vertebra using in medical facilities.

Abstract

For the assessment of magnet therapy impact on the state of microcirculation and distinguishing the effectiveness predictors of the method 130 patients with arterial hypertension of 1 st and 2 nd degrees were examined. The examination was conducted using laser Doppler flowmetry. The analysis showed interrelations between the microcirculation (stated by LDF) indicators and the indicators of the daily blood pressure of patients suffering from arterial hypertension. The researchers received data stating the correlation between the indicators of microcirculation and central hemodynamics. Along with the correlation between the parameters of arterial vessels tonus and the general peripherical reluctance the researchers identified the inverse dependence between the parameters of cardiac output and the amplitude of slow blood oscillation ALF. The conducted research permitted to determine the main effectiveness predictors of magnet therapy, which include the indicators of arteriole tonus, capillary bloodflow and venular deflux. This should be taken into account when developing individual programmes and assessing the effectiveness of physical therapy technologies in treating cardiovascular diseases

Sindrom tsentral'nogo gemipareza i narushenie ravnovesiya

Prokopenko S.V., Ondar V.S., Abros'kina M.V.

Abstract

Article presents the results of the state of equilibrium and gait assessing study in post-stroke patients with central hemiparesis syndrome. The influence of the traditional rehabilitation methods and biofeedback programs on the balance and gait function was assessed in this study. Gait analysis performed by a new diagnostic method with a laser rangefinder using. The obtained data showed that the patients with central hemiparesis syndrome need to equilibrium restore, as well as confirmed the center of gravity deviation impact of on the main gait parameters such as step length, time, asymmetry, and gait variability

Abstract

99 patients with the diagnosis “Cerebral palsy with hemiparesis” spastic dysarthria at the age of 3 to 7 were treated. The patients were divided into 4 randomized groups. The patients of the first group were given 3 microcurrent reflexology courses and logopedic massage And the second group patients were given 3 microcurrent reflexology courses and logopedic massage and 2 cortexin courses. The patients of the 3 group were given 3 microcurrent reflexology courses and logopedic massage and 2 actovegin courses. Patients of the fourth control group received logopedic occupations, the general massage. This treatment showed the beneficial effects: the increase in a share of patients with improvement of speech development to general violation of speech 3 levels was noted: in the 1st group to 58 %, in the 2nd group to 48 %, in the third group to 58 %. At 7 patients (26 %) 2 groups as speech development to age norm was noted

Adaptatsionnye reaktsii variabel'nosti serdechnogo ritma u sportsmenov parashyutistov pri vysotnykh poletakh

Agadzhanyan N.A., Bashkireva T.V.

Abstract

Sportsmen-parachutists blood circulation system adaptation reactions in natural conditions of Campoinship “CISM” are studied. Study is conducted by using “Varicard” device in static treatment with 5-th minute interval. Survey of sportsmen parachutists of Airborne troops, AF, Military Space Force, Navy, world record-holders members of Russian classic parachuting team performed in natural conditions. Revealed what during free fall sportsmen parachutist reach the adaptation by physiological rhythms specter mutual transitions and general frequency oscillating which is typical for synchronizing. In group skydiving with big quantity of sportsmen during complex stress-factor influence, personal rhythms are subordinates to group and synchronizing is reaches by general frequently-specter components oscillating and looks like hyper-synchronization. Individual high flying sportsmen parachutists adaptation depends on heart rhythm control type (normatonic, vagotonic, sympatonic).

Sistemnye effekty vozrastnogo ozhireniya u zhenshchin

Krut'ko V.N., Gavrilov M.A., Dontsov V.I.

Abstract

Monitoring included 102 women from 25 to 71 years old. The survey included, besides the usual clinical examination and interview, the study of indicators of physiological functions and biochemical parameters. Study of the correlation of physiological parameters with weight indicates systemic obesity, affecting more than 50 different physiological functions. These changes are grouped into three correlation and physiologically related groups: 1 - group of indicators associated with higher rates of respiratory and oxygen exchange, 2 - related to age and blood triglycerides, 3 - related to alimentary disorders. Age and changes of lipid metabolism, although predisposed to obesity, but not mandatory. Of particular interest is the observed direct relationship between increased weight and increased lung function. This phenomenon can be explained by the effect of megalopolis air pollutions on the metabolism

Abstract

One of the most effective treatments of joints diseases of the is joint replacement. The number of operations performed on the replacement of lower limbs joints of in Russia is growing steadily. In this regard, the relevance of the development and implementation of new programs, rehabilitation of patients after arthroplasty is not in doubt. In "Medical - Rehabilitation Center" Russian Health Ministry developed and implemented a new approach in the motor activity restoration of patients after surgery for replacement of joints of lower limbs in the postoperative period. We have investigated the postural response in patients during the first implementation of verticalization and walk to-day operations. In a study conducted in patients carrying walking to-day operations, we have identified three types of hemodynamic response, and the reaction was significant only in patients responding hypodinamic type of cardio - vascular system. Thus, the work demonstrated the fundamental possibility of walking patients after total hip joints of the lower extremities to-day operations
