THE STUDY OF MORPHOLOGICAL AND ANATOMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF STEMS OF MORUS NIGRA

Vakhrusheva Y.A., Kharchenko I.I., Nikitina A.S., Oganesyan E.T.

Abstract

Until now, plants have been the main source of new drugs. Morus nigra, which con- tains a rich complex of biologically active substances necessary for an organism (vita- mins, anthocyanins, macro- and microele- ments, organic acids) is of great interest. We have conducted morphological and anatomical studies of stems of Morus nigra, identified the main diagnostic characters of the studied me- dicinal plants. Experimental studies have shown that the stems of Morus nigra are char- acterized by the presence of thick-walled epi- dermal cells with slightly convoluted walls and a large number of ordinary thick-walled fuzz.

Kovalyova A.V., Nikitina A.S.

Abstract

The article presents the results of morpho- logical and anatomical studies of Veronica spicata L. Macro- and microscopic features of the grass of Veronica spicata were described. We have determined the principal diagnostic features of leaves and stems of the plant’s ac- tive parts. We have found two types of tri- chomes in active parts of Veronica spicata L.: simple pluricellular fuzz and cephalated glan- dular fuzz with monocellular pedicle and mo- nocellular or bicellular sphere-like capitulum, anomcytic stomatal apparatus.

HIGH MOLECULAR CELLULOSE ESTERS. MECHANISM OF ACTION IN SUSTAINED RELEASE MATRIX TABLETS.DISSOLUTION PROFILE OF ACTIVE DRUG DEPENDING ON MOLECULAR WEIGHT AND HYDROPHILIC PROPERTIES OF POLYMERS

Trofimov S.V.

Abstract

This article reviews cellulose esters as im- portant excipients in development of dosage forms with sustained release. We have studied modern methods of drug development, based on technological, and physical and chemical properties of excipients to provide a sustained release effect and the mechanism of interac- tion between active substance and excipients for justification of choice of the optimum pro- longing agent in compliance with desirable result. Different cellulose esters were used as model excipients. They were hydroxypro- pylmethylcellulose (HPMC) and hydroxyeth- ylcellulose (HEC). We have studied an effect of molecular weight and hydrophilic proper- ties on dissolution rate of active substance from the tablets with sustained release.

STUDY FOR ANTIMYCOBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF PYATD10 DIAZINON DERIVATIVE

Voronkov A.V., Luzhnova S.A., Kodonidi I.P., Gabitova N.M., Lovyagina S.A., Sochnev V.S.

Abstract

We have carried out the analysis of antymicobacterial activity of PYATd10 dia- zinon derivative and dapsone. The capability of PYATd10 compound and dapsone drug to suppress the growth of M.lufu culture was studied by the method of serial dilutions. Vis- ual evaluation of inoculations in medium Shkolnikova showed that there was no growth of mycobacteria with PYATd10 concentration 128 µg/ml, while minimum suppressing con- centration of dapsone were equal to 32 µg/ml. Examining smears, colored according to Mu- rohashi, under the influence of PYATd10 ex- cipient and dapsone drug in the same concen- trations, we have revealed the decrease of my- cobacterial living forms content. A share of inviable bacteria decreased after the cultiva- tion intensification, but amounts to less than 35%. Thus, the PYATd10 compound exhibits antimycobacterial activity towards M. lufu, being slightly inferior to the dapsone compara- tive drug by this type of activity.

Abstract

Nowadays there is an active growth of veterinary pharmacy organizations and con- sumed medicinal drugs for veterinary use. Content-analysis showed that there was an in- sufficient number of studies devoted to the activity of veterinary pharmacies. The purpose of our work was the analysis of correspond- ence of range fullness of veterinary pharma- cies to the contemporary state of pharmaceuti- cal market of drugs for veterinary use. So- lutions occupy 68% of this amount. Antimi- crobial drugs for systematic use (40%) are the most numerous drugs from pharmacothera- perutic group represented in the State Regis- try. Assortment of veterinary drugs is targeted mainly on a farm livestock (more than 50%). 58% of the market share is domestic drugs. Principal commodity groups which are re- leased by veterinary pharmacies are feed-stuff(31%) and drugs (30%). Pharmacy organiza- tions does not have sufficient number of drugs in their assortment (fullness coefficient 7.9%) which speaks about nonconformity of the as- sortment fullness.

Abstract

Nowadays pharmacy organizations are ac- tively introducing customer service standards into their activity. Efficiency of their introduc- tion depends from the whole range of factors including the recognition of their significance and necessity by every expert. The purpose of the study is to compare the opinions of directors and pharmaceutical per- sonnel about the use of pharmacy organiza- tions activity standards of customer service.50 directors and 50 pharmacy organization workers participated in the questionnaire. The study included the revelation of re- spondents’ attitude towards the service stand- ards, estimation of their positive and negative sides, analysis of the necessary requirements and standards structure, revelation of the mosthard- and easy-to-use sections of service standards. We have established that both categories of respondents noted a big number of positive sides of work following standards, including the influence on the goods turnover, service quality, and customer attraction. But some di- rectors and personnel members were negative or neutral about the service standards. We have revealed that the implementation of standard sections about communication with a customer by the phone and conflict situationsresolution were the biggest problem for the personnel. There are differences in opinions of direc- tors and pharmaceutical personnel about the necessary structure and content of customer service standards in pharmacy organizations. THEORETICAL SUBSTANTIATION OF A MECHANISM OF PRICE FORMATION AND REALIZATION OF DISCHARGEDMEDICAL PROPERTY OF ARMED FORCES

Rodionov E.O.

Abstract

Maintenance of the stock of medical prop- erty is an important strategic problem of Rus- sian Federation Armed Forces nowadays. In the course of plan upgrading and reforming of a stock there is a necessity for theoretical elaboration of price formation process and re- alization of drugs and medical products dis- charged from the stocks. The conducted anal- ysis of the requirements of current rules and regulations allowed the substantiation of the mechanism structure, which evaluates the price of drugs and medical products while formation, their keeping in a stock and refor- mation of medicinal property sets. We have created a model of price formation for drugs and medical products which are included into the medical property sets for theoretical sub- stantiation of the mentioned processes. The study conducted allowed not only structuring of the price formation mechanismof discharged property, but also to isolate the prospective directions of its realization. So, we have established that the drugs and medical products discharged from the stock may be of great interest for consumers due to the medical property offer in low (optimal) costs.
