A CONCEPT OF REGULATION BUILDING IN THE SAMARA CITY HISTORICAL CENTER
Abstract
Article focuses on issues related to the regulation of new development methodologies in the historical city center with the regular quarterly planning. On the example of Samara parameters are calculated allowable interference in the historical environment of the new buildings, while maintaining the existing system of dominance, accents, and other title of the city. The main attention is paid to the justification of the proposed methodology.
HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX HOUSES AS THE ELEMENT OF CREATING HIGHLY COMFORTABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The article points out the necessity of constructing high-rise residential complex houses in the structure of Russian cities. On the basis of foreign countries’ experience it becomes obvious that the construction of such complexes can create highly comfortable and urbanized living environment. High-rise residential complex houses are quite new phenomena in the residential typology. The introduction of such complex houses into the regulated land of Russian cities requires active research work of designers and builders who could create their own type of high-rise residential complex houses in accordance with Russian climatic, social and economic conditions.
EVOLUTION OF PERFORATED SURFACES
Abstract
Studied the history of the emergence and development of different technologies to produce a perforated surface and consider the range of materials used in the process of punching. The evolution of the method of perforation in architecture, interior design, product design, functional and technological properties and decorative perforations. Describes the research and development and design and architectural projects, the most interesting from the point of view of the material.
THE EVOLUTION OF ARCHITECTURAL AND URBAN PLANNING OBJECT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE SPATIAL ORGANIZATION OF THE MASS PERFORMANCES
Abstract
The article presents the evolution of architectural and urban planning object in the context of the spatial organization of the mass performances. By the architectural and urban object we mean a certain environment or building intended for mass events. The first types of mass performances appeared in ancient Greece. Various forms of mass celebrations existed in ancient Rome, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, etc. Each type of mass performances had its own certain architectural structure or entertaining area. For example, a gladiatorial combats in ancient Rome were held in the Coliseum, and the medieval carnivals generally took place in town squares and streets.
EVOLUTION OF THE LIVING INTERIOR DUE TO SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Abstract
This article deals with some key points that characterize the evolution of living interior due to the influence of scientific and technological achievements. The problem that arises before the designer in the process of translation of technical advances in “human environment” is formulated. Due to fantastic acceleration of the introduction of these achievements in the design related production the general trend of scientific knowledge development is constantly growing and design principles of the living space are changing.

CRITERIA ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS AFFECTING ARCHITECTURE BUILDING
Abstract
International systems of environmental certification and environmental standards in construction are considered by the author. Definitions of terms: environmental standards and environmental certification of buildings given by the author. Partition structure and environmental requirements for certification systems is reviewed and analyzed. Effects of environmental requirements on architectural standardsplanning solutions for buildings and structures analyzed. Number of technical requirements defined in environmental standards. Recommendations are made to improve the system of certification in the construction of buildings.
EARTHEN BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES REWIEW
Abstract
Gn stage of the building are described in this article. There are: Earth-house, Mudbricks, Rammed Earth, Adobe, Cob, Rammed Earth Bricks, Bottle House, Rammed Earth Tire (Earthships), Straw House, Sandbags House etc. The usage of these techniques allowed the construction of energy-efficient houses, which means that in spite of the weather conditions, the living standard in those houses was quite high and at the same time the use of heating and air-conditioning systems was minimized.
THEORETICAL MATTERS OF REVERSE OSMOSIS AND ADSORPTION AT PURIFICATING MULTICOMPONENT SOLUTIONS
Abstract
Traditional modern chemical technology methods for solution and liquid mixture component separation are based on the difference between physical and chemical parameters of components being separated (boiling point, solubility). The methods use the phenomenon of phase change. Thus to install the equipment for the processes is quite complicated and power-consuming.As the world population grows we face new problems,i.e. the shortage of drinking water. Different methods are applied for getting drinking water such as distillation and freezing out. Half of all the desalinated water is got by distillation. To solve the arisen problems by using the traditional methods of chemical technology is becoming more and more complicated. Methods of membrane separation have turned out to be promising in this respect.
RECYCLING OF MATERIALS FROM HOUSEHOLD SOLID WASTE AND SEWAGE SLUDGE
Abstract
At the present stage of world development the policy of many countries including The Russian Federation aims at extensive use of resources while the cost of these resources constantly rises. Nowadays it is absolutely necessary to develop resource-saving and low-waste technologies in all branches of industry. These technologies make it possible to get high-grade raw materials and supplies from household and industry waste. Subsequently they become useful for less expensive production of consumer goods and technical purpose products.
ASSESSMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND HYDRAULIC FACILITIES CONDITIONOF LAKE MOLOCHKA ON THE CHERNAYA RIVER (ISAKLY DISTRICT, SAMARA REGION) BASED ON MONITORING RESULTS OF 2012
Abstract
Natural observation material of environmental and hydraulic facilities’ conditions during 2012 was considered. Pressure and culvert facilities were visually examined. Conclusions were made and the recommendations were given for repairing and reconstructing the object in order to provide further reliable operation of environmental and hydraulic facilities.
FLOOD PROTECTION NETWORK OF RESIDENTIAL AREA
Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of engineering survey and technical survey of residential area«Volgar». Recommendations for engineering protection of the residential area from flooding at spring flood maximum levels of 1% provision are offered.
METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO VERIFICATION OF BUILT PROJECTS SANITARY PROTECTION ZONE ACCORDING TO NOISE FACTOR
Abstract
A new method for built structures noise buffer zones feasibility is offered. It allows determining an area real noise pollution by the sources on the data of gauge measurements and calculations for newly built structures, defining their contribution to the acoustic situation at the buffer zone boundaries with residential development. Based on obtained results and their hygienic assessment a conclusion on the effectiveness of buffer zones in protection of population from noise sources at various construction sites is made.
MODIFICATION OF CONCRETE IN THE PRODUCTION OF REPAIR WORKS AT THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
Industrial complex in Russia has a long history and a long service life of the Building Fund. Because of the wear and tear the material constructions corrode and eventually destroyed. To extend the life of being renovated, and the preventive measures to reduce the degree of influence of the medium on the material of construction. One method is to soak the concrete surfaces by special trains. They can be polymers, monomers, solutions and melts the sulfur, and more.
