Authors provided results of researches aimed to determine an effectiveness of paravulnar intramuscular administration of antihypoxic drugs when treating muscle gunshot wounds. An analysis of cytograms of traumatic discharge and intensity of morphological changes in muscle of different areas of the gunshot wound is made. It is determined that paravulnar injection of medicine with antihypoxic action when gunshot wound fastens wound process (early regeneration) and decrease intensity of degenerative and necrotic changes in muscle. The use of methylethylpiridinole is more effective in comparison with not only animals in control group, but also with animals treated with mexidol. The abovementioned effectiveness is connected with the possibility of methylethylpiridinole to reverse microvascular blockage.

The article describes the state of and prospects for the development of integrated and eastern medicine in Russia. The experience of the application of the main methods of traditional medicine in the Medical Rehabilitation Centre of Hospital is analysed. On this basis, it shows the effectiveness of medical-and-professional rehabilitation of flight crews in preparation for the hospital aviation physical examination. Proposals for the further development of medical rehabilitation system aircrew aircraft of the Armed Forces are given.

A clinical case of diagnosis and successful surgical treatment of primary infective aortic valve endocarditis before development of severe hemodynamic disorders and severe valve dysfunction in a young patient is described. Sanitation of cardiac chambers and aortic valve prosthesis with mechanical cardiopulmonary bypass and cardioplegia with a good clinical outcome are performed.

The tendencies and characteristics of the spread of calcific acquired aortic stenosis by the example of privileged contingent Russian Ministry of Defense, clinical features, and advice on early detection.

An analysis of clinical-and-pathological and molecular risk factors in 36 patients with portal cholangiocarcinoma (Klatskin tumor). It is shown that the degree of differentiation of tumor cells (p=0,0137) and distribution of tumor tissue in the liver ducts SI (hepatic SI resection) (p=0011), are significantly affecting the prognosis of the disease. Between the expression of the molecular marker N-cadherin and overall survival set moderate correlation (p=0,032), between other markers - weak (p>0,05), but by the last possible final verification of the type of tumor cells.

Many prominent domestic physicians associated medical practice with the court medicine. N.I.Pirogov was not an exception to this rule. Only in emergency situations he was invited to the first persons of the imperial court as a consultant. Examples of high achievements in the field of Pirogov medical skill are presented. Among this examples- the exact diagnosis of the disease of the heir to the Russian throne, Grand Duke Nicholas Alexandrovich (1843-1865) and effective treatment of the Grand Duke Nikolai Nikolaevich (Senior), Chief of the Balkan Army (1876-1878). It draws attention to the low assessment of the closest entourage of the Emperor Alexander II made by Pirogov. It was noted that with the acquisition of Orthodoxy great doctor took it as «faith works». The conclusion: religion Pirogov let restriction of his medical service to persons belonging to the Imperial House of Romanov.
