APPLICATION OF THE QFD METHOD FOR STANDARDIZATION OF METAL-CUTTING TOOL PARAMETERS

Ostapenko M.S.

Abstract

The purpose of the work is to investigate the application of the QFD methodology (structuring or deploying the quality function, quality house) for standardizing the parameters of a metal-cutting tool on the example of turning tools, to determine the most important technical characteristics of the product for the consumer. In the course of work, the quality House was built using a turning cutting tool for roughing and finishing. The stages of collecting consumer characteristics, technical characteristics, determining the relationships between them, as well as creating a correlation matrix to determine the positive/negative relationship between technical characteristics, consumer and technical benchmarking were performed sequentially. According to the obtained data, the most priority technical characteristics necessary for further development of the cutting tool were identified. Based on the stages of building a quality House, a list of technical parameters of turning tools aimed at meeting customer requirements is determined.

RESEARCH OF THE FRICTION COEFFICIENT OF TITANIUM AND INSTRUMENTAL ALLOYS. DRY AND BOUNDARY FRICTION

Evdokimov D.V., Oleynik M.A.

Abstract

The results of processing a field experiment to determine the coefficient of friction between titanium alloys and a hard alloy are presented. During the experiment, the speed of the bodies of the participants of the friction pair, as well as the strength of their pressing against each other, was varied. Friction took place both in the conditions of coolant supply and without it. The data processing resulted in empirical dependences that, depending on the conditions of friction, allow one to obtain the value of the coefficient of friction.

Silaev B.M., Evdokimov D.V., Fedorov D.G., Oleynik M.A.

Abstract

The possibility of developing a technique for calculating the wear of the flank surface of mills is shown on the basis of a generalized friction model, taking into account the entire complex of the main external factors acting and the physical and mechanical characteristics of the materials of the interacting surfaces of the tool and the workpiece. The calculated dependence of the wear values, the influence of some hard-to-consider factors is supposed to be taken into account by the experimentally determined proportionality coefficients and the index of the calculated ratio, has been proposed.

IMPROVING QUALITY MANAGEMENT PRACTICES

Tveryakov A.M.

Abstract

Each quality management method without appropriate adaptation to a specific production situation may be ineffective. This is due to the fact that the general theory (approaches) of methods is based on the well-known generalized practice of their application. However, it is not possible to develop a model or method of applying a method suitable for everyone. Thus, each method must be adapted to the specific production conditions before use. For example, a simple method such as a checklist can be completely ineffective if it is not compiled correctly. In fact, the level of adaptation is associated with the possibilities of applying the quality management method; the wider the scope, the higher the level of adaptation. It should also be noted that the high adaptability of the method makes it difficult to interpret the results of its application. To understand the importance of adaptation issues in all areas of life, one can use the theory of adaptation of Hans Selye. He introduced the concept of “adaptation energy” as a factor in the viability of an organism. Based on this, it can be argued that, as soon as the quality management method ceases to change in accordance with the requirements of new technological processes and in accordance with the new goals and objectives set by consumers or management, the quality management method ceases to be in demand.

SELECTING CHARACTERISTICS OSCILLATION DAMPERS

Golovin A.N.

Abstract

The paper analyzes the efficiency of suppressing oscillations of the working medium in pipeline circuits with dampers of the acoustic filter type. Based on the analysis of these indicators, analytical dependencies are obtained that allow us to estimate the change in the wave process in the pipeline chain before and after the damper. Recommendations are developed for selecting generalized parameters of dampers that provide the necessary degree of attenuation of pressure oscillation.

ABOUT DRIVING A HYPERBOLIC SYSTEM TO IMPLEMENTATION WITH A POLYLINEAR INVARIANT REGULATOR TO TWO DIFFERENTLY ADJUSTABLE TRAJECTOR BEAMS

Daneev A.V., Lakeyev A.V., Rusanov V.A., Vetrov A.A.

Abstract

For two differently adjustable beams (finite, countable, or even continuous) controlled trajectory curves of the "trajectory, control" type, induced by a given non-stationary hyperbolic system, but with different multilinear controllers, it is shown that if the non-linear functional Rayleigh-Ritz operator is semi-additive on the linear shell from the union of these sheaves, then the problem of the existence of a common (invariant) non-stationary multilinear controller, in the presence of which in the structure of this hyperbolic system, the union of these trajectory bundles is contained in the family of its admissible solutions. An illustrative example is provided.

EXPERIENCE OF BICLUSTERIZATION APPLICATION TO DATA OF AGRICULTURAL CROPS SORTS

Semenova V.A.

Abstract

The article is devoted to methods for analyzing object-attribute data in low structured areas. Specifically, a demonstrational example of biclusterization of similar data in the field of agricultural crops selection is considered. It is shown what opportunities are appearing for the systematization of empirical data. The data biclusterization method under consideration - a classical formal concept analysis - is an applied branch of lattice theory; a brief reference is given on its mathematical foundations. The source material for the demonstrational example was borrowed from the catalog of innovative developments of the Samara Research Institute of Agricultural Sciences named after N.M. Tulaykov. Sorts of soft spring wheat were chosen as objects, and several properties which are describing them were chosen as attributes. A number of these properties are scaled in accordance with state standard 9353-2016 for wheat. Based on the selected and adjusted material, the initial table “objects-properties”, or a formal context for the formal concept analysis, is formed. To process this data, we used the free software package ConExp, which implements a methodical complex for formal concept analysis. The main results that these methods give for selection data structuring are demonstrated. These results include a lattice of formal concepts, implications and associative rules on a set of attributes. Moreover, the result of the OntoWorker software package being developed at ICCS RAS - SamSC RAS is demonstrated. The outcome consists in transforming and reducing the lattice of formal concepts into a special taxonomy of formal concepts (classes) that is more convenient for the user to perceive and interpret. It is noted that advanced methods of formal concept analysis can take into account the incompleteness of the considered data, determined by the series multiplicity of measurement experiments with different degrees of results reliability, and by the presence of competing measurement procedures with different degrees of confidence in their results. This reflects the realities of the empirical information accumulation directly during multidimensional observations and measurements in selection probations. It was emphasized that the effective application of the considered methods is possible only in cooperation of knowledge data expert and specialists in the field of formal concept analysis.

Polyanskov Y.V., Pavlov P.Y., Zheleznov O.V., Meshikhin A.A.

Abstract

In the production of modern aviation technology, special attention is paid to reducing the mass of its components and assemblies. To achieve a reduction in aircraft mass without compromising strength and increasing economic efficiency, various composite materials are often used. The manufacture of components and assemblies from such materials entails the design and use of special assembly and gluing equipment, which provides the necessary accuracy and rigidity to obtain the desired geometric shape of the aircraft structure. This article is devoted to the process of computer-aided design of assembly-gluing technological equipment (MTR) for the manufacture of cellular metal panels of aircraft from polymer composite materials (PCM), using the Siemens NX CAD system.
