Automated dynamic malware-analysis system on the basis of the dynamic binary instrumentation Pin platform

Abstract
Modern automated dynamic malware-analysis systems are a special type of tools in the area of dynamic approach of the samples functionality study. The purpose of this paper is to develop the automated dynamic malware-analysis system using the dynamic binary instrumentation Pin platform. The principle of operation of analysis systems is characterized briefly. The known systems are described and requirements for the developed system are formulated. Useful capabilities of Pin for the developed system are analyzed. The structure of the proposed system and analysis component in the form of C++ program are shown.

Definition of linear losses of pressure by method of final elements in a program complex ANSYS Workbench

Abstract
The possibility of application of final elements method for of linear losses definition of pressure in pipelines and comparison of the obtained data with results of analytical calculation is considered. Unfortunately, under certain boundary conditions in the the analytical method the results are approximate which diverge from experimental data. The final elements method in gas-hydrodynamic tasks gives the exact result like in the analytical method, and in some cases even surpasses it. For a short period it is possible to make many calculations like "that - if".

Development of a systematic approach to the problems of automation of technological processes of cable production

Abstract
This paper is devoted to definition of main stages of system analysis development and its application for develop process control systems isolate communication cables. The historical development of system ideas has been analysed and main stages of complex systems research using system analysis has been described. Conducted research shows that system analysis nucleation was an adequate reaction on the necessaty of complex systems creation, decision making under partial uncertainty, time and resource constraints.

State identifier of digital model of the induction heating process

Abstract
The solution of the following problem was described. It is necessary to construct a state identifier of time-optimal closed loop system that controls the process of induction heating of cylindrical billets. This process can be specified by a nonlinear nonhomogeneous heat-transfer equation. For the purpose of the modelling such process a digital model developed in FLUX software was used. The procedure of identification in conditions of interval uncertainty of process parameters was proposed. It based on previously developed algorithm of analytical synthesis of inertialess state observer for the objects with distributed parameters which was described with linear spatial one-dimensional partial differential parabolic equations.

Petri net for project modelling in virtual auction

Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of complex projects allocation for groups of actors. For the purpose of efficient management and optimal resource use the virtual auction with multiple iterations is held during which the actors not only offer a contract price, but also provide a project schedule as Gantt charts. The use of simulation models on Petri nets to analyze the feasibility and synchronization projects is proposed. The rules of the transition from the Gantt chart to the Petri net model describing the interconnections between various projects are formulated. The example of a model project on Petri net is given. The proposed model can be used within the game theoretic modeling of virtual auction for describing the mutual actors’ knowledge in accordance with their capabilities.

Induction heating installations design based on multi-criteria optimization

Abstract
The paper describes main ideas and demonstrates results of the researches in the field of induction heating installations design based on multiple-criteria optimization. The main goal of the research is the application of different optimization methods and numerical techniques to solve the multi-objective optimization problem that is mathematically formulated in terms of the most important optimization criteria, i.e. temperature uniformity, energy efficiency and scale formation. Standard genetic algorithm and alternance method of optimal control theory are applied as effective tools for the practice-oriented problems solutions based on non-linear coupled electromagnetic and temperature field analysis. Optimization procedures are tested and investigated for two- and three-criteria optimization problems solution on the examples of induction heating of aluminum billets prior to hot forming. The developed optimization procedures are planned to be applied to the wide range of real-life industrial problems of the optimal design and control of different electromagnetic devices and systems.

Abstract
The next research results of question of applicability of mathematical apparatus and methods of the classical theory of automatic control for the analysis and synthesis of control systems for production and business processes of the enterprises is offered to examination. On the basis of offered earlier: mathematical model of system in the form of discrete transfer functions, and criterion of the solution of a task of optimum control of the warehouse stocks the functional model of software part of the corresponding automated control system is designed. The base software modules and blocks of system and information communications between them are considered. The description of key algorithms and basic principles of work of system is provided. The conclusion about prospects of practical realization of the offered models is drawn.

Discretization errors in the systems for measuring of turbine blades tips’ radial and axial displacements

Abstract
The discretization errors in the systems for measuring of turbine blades tips’ radial and axial displacements are considered. Systems are realized cluster methods that are based on using of single-coil eddy-current sensors with sensitive elements made as a conductor strip. The results of discretization error investigation in the set range of measuring circuit pulse power supply period and turbine impeller’s rotation speed are given. The same results, but using a sampling approximation in extremum vicinity and calculating the extremum were obtained too. The results show that using approximation algorithms with further extremum calculating allows for a significant decrease in the highest possible discretization error.

The possibility of applying the hall effect in geophysical research using the INDUCED polarization method

Abstract
It is noted that the path curving of the electric current carrier moving in the magnetic field, is capable influencing the speed and degree of volumetric charge separation in rock formation pores while its being under polarization by passing current. In this case, the increase of path tortuosity of the current carrier taking place due to the Hall effect and the carrier’s pulling out from the pore capillary walls results in the increasing of specific resistance of the rock. It leads to the reduction of diffusion currents accompanying relaxation process and, consequently, to the relaxation time scale increase of local volume charges formed as a result of polarization. The estimation of the amount of change in the current carrier path curving compared to pore capillary tortuosity is described. It’s pointed out that the values for magnetic fields research are quite achievable nowadays. The perspective of the investigation of rock formation electrochemical behavior by means of the magnetic field for more precise definition of induced polarization effect theory and its application in borehole surveying is substantiated.

Optoelectronic measuring transducers of displacements into code

Abstract
The method of transformation of linear and angular displacements into the code signal, which is based on spatial unfolding of optical radiation was considered. The functional capabilities and advantages of this method of displacement transformation are shown. By the use the optical discrete rulers, the clock pulses frequency, with the help of which the unfolding of optical radiation is produced, does not affect the accuracy of the conversion, which is determined in this case only by the quantization step of the optical ruler. Also here structural schemes of displacement transducers with deploying and tracking principles of transformation were presented. The conversion functions of these transducers and their advantages are given.

Discrete value approximation of the signals by a cubic spline - filters

Abstract
The cubic spline - filter for the signal discrete values approximation is considered. The filter coefficients are determined on the basis of a frequency criterion. The frequency characteristics of a cubic spline - filter and a series of parabolic spline - filters are presented. Errors of approximation of the discrete values of harmonic signal are determinated. The error of approximation of discrete values of the Gaussian signal by considered filters are analyzed. Areas of approximating spline - filters application for on - line signal processing are described.

The research of the measurement method parameters on the basis of the formation and comparison of orthogonal voltage components

Abstract
A new method of measuring the parameters (RMS of voltage and current, active and reactive power) on the instantaneous values of harmonic signals is investigated. The method provides the formation of the orthogonal component of the voltage and comparison of the input and additional voltage. In contrast to the known methods based on the formation of orthogonal components of the signals, the method implementation provides the ability to start the measurement in an arbitrary time. The analysis results of the method error due to the actual signal deviation from the harmonic model is given. The obtained results allow to determine the limit values of measurement errors of parameters and to choose a possible area of use of the method.

Flaw detection control system of conductive coating of aircraft fuel tanks and its simulation modeling

Abstract

The conductive coating control method of the aircraft fuel tanks is discussed. Monitoring device construction and a general description of the scanning process are given. The effect of stray capacitance on the calculation error is made. The analytical equations describing the change in the capacitance between the conductive coating and scanning electrode are provided. A program of flaw detection of the modeling process simulating the passage of the scanning system over the fuel tank is developed. A maximum scanning velocity at given dynamic error is defined.

Integrated modeling and process control of continuous induction heating of ferromagnetic workpieces

Abstract
The approach to the complex solution of the modeling problems and control process continuous induction heating ferromagnetic workpieces to plastic deformation temperature is suggested. Simulation of electromagnetic and thermal processes is carried out in a two-dimensional formulation by finite element method by using the COMSOL Multiphysics software. The analytical model of the plant comprising an inertial element and a transport delay element was used. Analysis of the control process quality is carried out by means of numerical methods of solving ordinary differential equations, built in Simulink® software. To reduce oscillation amplitude and transient time the separation of inductor into two independent sections is proposed. Investigation of dynamic modes of the system with various approximating expressions for the transport delay element allowed to find the control system parameters with a compensator taking into account the advantages of implementation more correctly. The simulation system results taking into account the distributed facility parameters are given.

Alternative of the driving electric motor for oil pumps of oil pumping station

Abstract
In this paper the increase of efficiency of petrowire transport due to application at oil pumping stations as the drive of oil pump installations of convertible aviation gas-turbine engines is considered. As fuel of the gas-turbine drive, the prepared oil associated gas was used. This type of the drive of the pump unit will allow to reduce terms of commissioning new oil pumping stations, to operate effectively oil pipeline productivity due to change of the frequency of rotation of a rotor of the oil pump, and also partially to solve a problem of utilization of associated oil gas. In this paper the composition of oil associated gas is defined and the characteristic of the gas-turbine engine, such as the power, efficiency, a consumption of fuel gas depending on the change of composition of fuel associated oil gas are investigated. The drive of the convertible gas-turbine engines working at associated oil gas is effective. The further recovery and oil transportation and development of this approach is actual.

The use of the software package Flux in the design of single-turn inductor for hardening of spherical components

Abstract
In this paper the modeling of the azimuthal single-turn inductor for surface hardening of the work piece spherical shape is discussed. Model induction system was obtained. The model takes into account the nonlinear dependence of the various thermophysical properties of materials, namely thermal conductivity, heat capacity and electrical resistivity on temperature. The constructive parameters namely the angle of inclination of the inductor and parameters of the heating mode , ensuring the achievement of the required heating conditions were defined. The possibility of obtaining the desired heating uniformity in the inductor of such design was shown. The temperature distribution on the surface along the radius line and the equator of the sphere as a result are shown.

Abstract
In the paper the digital servo electric drive with the asynchronous executive engine the structural construction of which differs from traditional systems of the subordinated regulation is considered. The electric drive block diagram in passing to discrete transfer functions is given. Transfer functions of digital regulators taking into account the given algorithm of their work are defined. Transfer functions of the asynchronous electric motor together with the power converter and a zero order hold device are received. Discrete transfer function of the closed servo drive is found when in a current contour the proportional-integrated regulator is applied.

Hardware and software system for development of the microwave oven of electrotechnological processes and installations, management of their operating modes

Abstract
Hardware and software complex is intended for solving problems of the development of a microwave electro-technological processes and installations, and to control their operating modes. The complex allows to calculate the microwave camera of different type, to simulate the processes of electrodynamics, heat and mass transfer and thermal mechanics, to resolve the problem of synthesis of intelligent control systems. Proposed and implemented structural scheme of hardware and software complex for thermal treatment of dielectric materials in microwave chambers with a traveling wave. In the hardware management system microcontroller is used. To improve quality of regulation and control applied mathematical models used in the control loop on temperature with an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of an object directly in the microwave, using below-cutoff waveguide. Upon accumulation of a certain number of results of simulation and measurement processes of microwave heat treatment knowledge base is formed, which is connected to the control algorithms based on fuzzy logic.

Research of vortical gas-air stream in nozzle of modernized AGG-M burner

Abstract
Over the last years new, more effective AGG-type burners on pyrolyze furnaces were introduced. Some of the burners were developed in Samara State Technical University. In order to increase the reliability of the AGG-type burners the were modernized. As a result the burner service life was increased twice. Also a regularity of gas-air mixture at exit of nozzle was increased. This result was confirmed by experimental researches. The regularity of the mixture burning on the radiating walls allows to equalize the heating surface temperature and increase the pipe coils service life.

Research of niobium carbide coverings structure and characteristics on hard alloyed bases

The method of niobium carbide covering on hard-alloyed tool bases from a steam-gas phase is presented. The method, which have been used for investigations of niobium carbide coverings structure and characteristics, are briefly examined. The microphotographs of the covering surfaces with various enlargement as well as the photographs of the transverse grinds for coverings on the hard-alloyed base are introduced. The investigations results of steam-gas medium influence on micro hardness and a parameter of a covering grating are given as well as graphic dependence of micro hardness and the grating parameters on proportion of gas phase components.

Analysis of the stcel and magnesium alloys potentiostatic curvts

Abstract
The aspects of steel and magnesium alloys electrochemical researches are considered. IPC-Pro potentiostat was used. Polarization curves used to oil reservoirs corrosion protection are presented. The polarization curves analysis was offered. The use of the magnesium alloys as protectors in various concentrations is discovered. As is determined steel and magnesium alloys have similar polarization characteristics at low and high salt concentrations. A conclusion of using these alloys possibility in different conditions is drawn.

Identificatoin accuracy of controlled man-operator actions by linear models

Abstract
The research results on the evaluation of identification accuracy of transmitting man-operator functions are considered with the use of linear models. Three linear models are given. Experimental researches by checking the tested operators are offered. Two parameters are found: medium deflection and maximum deflection modules. The possibility of joining these models is revealed. The accuracy of identification on medium module is higher than that of the maximum deflection module. Monotonous transient processes are indented more accurate than irrational The suggestions for rising the identification accuracy of irrational and transient processes are formulated .

Features of induction heating of aluminium alloys

Abstract
The features of induction heating of aluminum alloys which are problematic for heating by electromagnetic induction are discussed. Comparison with electric resistance furnaces is provided. Recommendations for selection of calculation methods of the inductors are given. The possibility of accounting for the longitudinal and transverse edge effects is considered. Energy features of three-phase inductors are revealed. The magnitude of the power consumed by the individual coils of a three-phase inductor does not correspond to the average temperature of the billet located in the coil. Depending on the values of the coefficients of mutual inductance and the phase current in each inductor the power consumption of each of the inductors may be different, as well as positive or negative. A single-phase coil of the inductor will have a maximum efficiency.

This software can compare calculated values of density, enthalpy, thermal conductivity, viscosity and surface tension with available experimental data. Also it can check phase transition conditions. This software can help the process developers to choose models for specific case. Also this paper contains an comparison example of calculated propane density with experimental values.

Continuous wavelet signals transforming in analytical instruments with radial basis using

In this paper we propose a method of wavelet data processing in analytical instruments by radial basis function (RBF) using. The wavelet transform (VT) is carried out in two stages. On the first stage the interpolation of the initial signal samples by RBF using is carried. On the second stage is reduced continuously VT of the original signal with using of the linearity property of the wavelet transform and with knowing of the weight coefficients of the basis functions, the analytical expression for a continual VT and wavelet basis function.
