Some organization aspects of prevention of drug addiction in Germany
Abstract
Article deals with some aspects of prevention and management of drug addiction in young people in Germany.
In groups young drug addicts are enlightened about the nature of therapy which is a preliminary stage of therapy itself. As a result of group work many members of motivation group decide on therapy; practically all patiets go through with it to the end. Collaboration with outside consultants, social workers, physical education instructors has a beneficial effect as the drug addicts get to know them better. there is no doubt that Germany experience of prevention and management of drug addiction in young can be effectively adjusted and implemented in Russia by specialists working on the problems of drug addiction.

Inhalation antiasthmatic drugs for prevention of bronchial asthma development in risk group children
Abstract
The general allergic background in all groups initially had elevated serum IgE and low interferon in relation to IL-4 which according to some earlier findings, is associated with the risk of bronchial asthma development. An FP therapy re-suppression of IL-4 (p<0.05) and in lower leveles of general IgE (p<0.05); in the CN-receiving group these changes appeared as a tendency in the control group no dynamics was noted. In both groups on a preventive regimen the rate of ARD was lower, supposedly due to suppression of expression of molecules of adhesion by glucocorticoids. No unfavourable effects were noted in either group.

Importance of cytokine evaluation in obstructive uropathy in children
Abstract
1. Increased TFR-β 1 production in blood plasma of patients with obvtructive uropathy is an indicator of fibrogenetic activity. 2. FNO-α production is elevated upon exacerbation of chronic pyelonephritis. 3. Increased FNO-α excretion and decreased IL-10 excretion with urine is an indicator of nephrosclerosis in reflux nephropathy. 4. Irogressing nephrosclerosis with transformation to HPN is accompanied by decreased TFR-β 1 concentration in blood plasma. 5. Variations of the inflammatory index in the dynamics of disease underlie the processes of renal parenchyma lesions in children with obstructive uropathy.

Tension angina pectoris and elastic properties of main arteries
Abstract
In the paper elastic properties and reactivity of the main arteries in patients with stable angina are investigated. 60 patients with ischemic heart disease were examined on the basis of clinical findings and the results of coronary an-giography. The elasticity and reactivity of arteries was estimated according to the values of pulse wave velocity (PWV) with the help of Colson computer system. The investigation revealed that in patients with ischemic heart disease there is reliable direct dependence between the extent of coronary arteries anomalies and the parameters of PWV on elastic arteries. The defect of reactivity of the main arteries indirectly indicating the presence of endothelial dysfunctions has a significant negative correlation dependence on the degree of stable angina (r = -0,35; P < 0,05).

Differention immune-correcting drug therapy in treatment of bronchial asthma
Abstract
With the help of the technique, developed by the authors, of the analysis of the immune disorders on a various pathology are investigated typical immune pathological reaction on bronchial asthma and opportunity of their elimination for the account of pharmacological immunotropic therapy. On the patients with bronchial asthma, the typical changes of immune reactivity, showing about presence in allergy, inflammation, suppression of Т-dependent reactions, changes of humoral and phagocyte chains protection are documentary. The realization of base treatment does not provide essential correction of the revealed disorders. The additional application in therapy of the patients with bronchial asthma immune-correcting drug raises his effectiveness

Changes in lipid oxidation in comatose patients
Abstract
Conclusions: 1. Ironounced disorder of lipid peroxidation is noted in comatose patients from the moments of their admission which is independent from the cause of uncosciousness, irrespectively of the administered intensive therapy.
2. The dynamics of lipid peroxidation accompanying a complex drug therapy with water - soluble antioxidants mexidol and mafusol, indicates a decrease in the activity of free radicals and a considerable activation of the anlioxidant system.
3. Administration of mexidol and mafusol as part of intensive therapy of comatose patients permits both to correct the disorder of free radical processes and to improve treatment outcomes reducihg the patient's stay at the resuscitation department.

Morphofunctional substantiation of intestinal involvement into hepatorenal syndrome in acute abdominal surgical disease
Abstract
24 hours after beginning the experriment, pronounced morphologic changes of all lagers of the lagre intestine were noted, especially of the mucosa. These changes were accompanied by spasm of intraparietal vessels with reduction of the blood flow and opening of arteriovenous anastomoses. Due to the opened anastomoses arteriovenous blood out-plow increased, which reduces perfusion of intestinal tissues and promotes ischemia with circulatory hypoxia, the latter being aggravated by metabolic hypoxia as intensification of lipid peroxidation continues. Pathologic changes in the small intestine were 6-24 hours ahead of structural changes in the liver and kidneys. By the end of the experiment the acute intestinal insufficiency lyndrome intensefied, while insufficiency of functional detoxicating systems (the liver and kidneys) was clearly indicated by morphologic changes.
