The study of dynamics of emissions from road transport in Moscow from 2002 to 2030
Abstract
The paper presents the study of materials on emissions from road transport in the major cities on the example of Moscow. It is a forecast of increase of emissions from the growth of the vehicle fleet up to 2030. It was shown significant excess of emissions of harmful solid particles in the exhaust gas, regulated UN rules and general particulate emissions from tire wear, brake systems and road- way, which are currently not regulated. There is the necessity of development of standards for thevaluation of their emissions.

Information support of an automated control system of work of the rolling stock
Abstract
The article describes the structure of the database to work with the information obtained from the automated control system (ACS) parameters of diesel rolling stock and diesel fuel accounting. There are presented the main steps of information processing, to ensure data integrity, improve per-formance and simplify the work with the database.

Impact of wind effects on the loading of hydraulic cranes-manipulators with articulated booms
Abstract
This article analyzes the influence of intensity of the longitudinal and transverse wind effects on its loading, using universal mathematical models for investigating of the dynamics of a hydraulic crane boom when moving units. The authors showed that the wind load not only causes additional stresses in structural elements, but also affects the kinematic and dynamic motion parameters of links articulated boom crane.

Design and calculation of double-flow hydromechanical transmission
Abstract
This article describes a method of designing and calculating of double-flow hydromechanical transmissions, widely used in modern transmissions of wheeled and tracked vehicles. The authors considered harmonization of the load characteristic of the double-flow hydromechanical transmis- sion with an external high-speed characteristics of the engine. The advantages of double-flow hy-dromechanical transmission compared to single-flow one.

Alternative method of geometric parameters measuring of throttle channels of circular cylindrical shape
Abstract
The use of throttles as elements of control devices in hydraulic drives requires them to ensure the possibility of pressure dependence on the flow of the working fluid of the desired type. To establish this dependence it is necessary to know the area of the opening at the inlet of the throttling passage. However, the direct method to measure the actual value of this area resulting from the manufacture of the throttle channel is not always possible. The article presents the evaluation of the possibility of using the alternative method of determining the area of the entrance to the throttle channel of circu-lar cylindrical shape.

Calculation of contact parameters of loaded body with outer ring raceway in metalpolymer roller bearing
Abstract
The method for calculation of contact parameters of loaded body with outer ring raceway in roll- er bearing with polymer coating on outer ring was proposed. The formulas for calculating the pa- rameters of contact were obtained: the width of contact area half-axis and maximum contact stress- es. Computer program for faster and less labor-intensive calculation of contact parameters was de- veloped.

An integrated navigation system of ground transport vehicle
Abstract
This article describes an example of practical implementation of integrated navigation system for determination of truck loader position to solve the problem of transportation optimization. The working principle, design features and characteristics of the hardware components of navigationsystem are described. The results of system field tests are provided.

Effect of design solutions on improvement of passive safety of bus bodies
Abstract
The article analyzes influence of different types of bus body frame elements on the efficiency of impact energy absorption when rollover in accordance with UNECE Regulations №66. There are mentioned the ways of connection of non-bearing components to body. These ways are supposed to improve passive safety of bus. The results of an experimental study of the effect of lining boards onenergy consumption of the bus body are provided.

The calculation of optimal parameters of low emission centrifugal pump semi-open impeller
Abstract
The paper provides methodology of calculation basic design parameters of low emission centrif- ugal pump. The main design parameters that should be calculated according the method are rotation frequency of the pump shaft, diameters of the inlet and the outlet of impeller, width of the inlet and the outlet of the impeller, angles of the blades at the inlet and the outlet of the impeller, number of impeller blades. The procedure gives approximate results and enables to calculate required num-bers. Its results could be used to make adjusted calculation of low emission centrifugal pump.

Theoretical aspects of polymer coatings formation from elastomer solutions when infrared drying
Abstract
The great scientific and practical interest has the study of infrared processing of polymer coating from elastomer solutions in order to reduce porosity and improve the quality of coatings. This paper proposes a method of infrared drying of polymer coatings from elastomer solutions on the holes in housing part. Literature analysis allowed making the choice of optimal wavelength and finding the most suitable type of transducer. The efficiency of the two-stage heat treatment comparing to tradi-tional single-stage is shown.

Research on displacement of electrohydrodynamic high-pressure pump of diesel engine fuel system
Abstract
This article presents the effect of a high-voltage electric signal, sent to electrodes of a high- pressure pump of the engine fuel system, on the consumption supplied to the engine cylinders from the pressure accumulator. The main dependences were determined. They show that increase of high voltage leads to the increase of accumulator pressure and consumption in engine cylinders.

Identification of the longitudinal movement of the vehicle in free-wheel mode
Abstract
The results of the simulation of automobile rectilinear motion are provided in the paper. An overview of some of the existing models was made. The analysis was performed in order to obtain analytical information about the balance of effective forces and resistance forces of an object in free-wheel mode. The reliable mathematical description is needed to develop models of human- machine system “automobile - environment - driver” and to study the influence of various fac- tors on the performance of control object.
