The article reveals the project idea of creating a city circle "Mathematical modeling as the basis of the digital world", which received grant support in the open competition of the Ministry of education of the Russian Federation in 2019. This competition was held to ensure the implementation of the activity «Creation and support of the organizations of children and (or) children's unions' additional education at schools for in-depth studying of mathematics and informatics" within the Federal project’s framework "Personnel for the digital economy national program "Digital economy" state program of the Russian Federation "Development of education"». The project involves the development, testing and implementation of a new model for working with intellectually disabled children and children with high motivation to study in the mathematical and information computer sciences’ field.

The article discusses types of professional activity of future officers of the penitentiary system and the list of professional information and analytical tasks that need to be addressed in their future professional ; this work also presents a systematic approach to forming concepts "training" and "education" and comes to the conclusion about the similarities and differences between functional sub-categories included in the definition ; based on the analysis of different approaches to the analytical work and information-analytical activity’s definitions. The author's definition of "information-analytical preparation of future employee of the criminal Executive system» is given; the paper proves that in order to meet the modern needs of the penitentiary system in graduates with a high level of information and analytical training, it is advisable to form a professionally specialized information and analytical competence as a necessary component in the use of new information and digital technologies to ensure information and analytical professional activity.

The subject of the article: A.I. Polezhaev - I.D. Voronin: a memory chronotope. Object of the article: XIX - XX centuries., Russia, Mordovia, A.I. Polezhaev - time, place and fate of man. The purpose of the project: to update the information on how Polezhaev’s work became the basis of literary work for Voronin, and the Polezhaev’s conceptual sphere, revealed by Voronin, confirmed the sprouts of freedom, strength of spirit and evidence of faith in justice in the poet’s work. Methodology: inclusion of documents in the context (and the documents published for the first time) of the general picture of Polezhaev revival in the middle of the twentieth century in Russia and Mordovia made it possible to see uniqueness and significance in this phenomenon. This context of studying Polezhaev’s work by Voronin was possible with the help of comparative historical and cultural approaches, as well as a biographical method of analysis. Work results : a review of the documentary of Polezhaev’s biography by the literary critic Voronin made it possible to build a memory chronotope, fix the dominant literary meanings, identify the specifics of Polezhaev’s mentality and prevailing behaviors. Results’ scope: Voronin’s study of Polezhaev’s life and work became the basis for the formation of a new scientific paradigm “a universe named “Polezhaev””, which stimulated interest in comprehending new phenomena related to the poet’s life, opened up the possibility of a comparative methodology in the study of personality’s life and work. Comprehension of the scientific dialogue "I.D. Voronin - A.I. Polezhaev” made it possible to clarify / detail the general laws of the development of national culture considered by literary scholars and cultural scientists. Conclusion: the scientific novelty of the study consists in a comprehensive analysis of materials related to the revival of the poet's memory (100th anniversary) by a professional biographer and literary critic Voronin. In the context of Russian culture, the collected documentary material serves to improve the database reflecting the life and work of Polezhaev; the inclusion of these materials in the scientific revolution as unique changes the perception of the state of historical facts in the study of a particular person. Thus, the conclusions presented in the article are reasoned and logical.

Introduction: relations between Russia and Kazakhstan have always played an important role in socio-cultural and economic country development and have largely determined the stability of their geopolitical position. The significant period of common statehood and traditions of contacts have formed the socio-cultural context for the development of modern relations between the peoples of the two countries. The article analyzes the relationship between Russia and Kazakhstan in the specific historical conditions of their development. The purpose of the study is understanding the achievements of cooperation between the countries based on the historical experience of bilateral cooperation. Materials and methods: the author's analysis is based on Russian-Kazakh relations' history, which contains both unique phenomena of interethnic interaction and phenomena that characterize the universe of historical and cultural relations. The paper uses methodological approaches that allow us to generalize and analyze various facts of the intercultural communication history, from casual to multi-causal: "dialogue of cultures" principle in the analysis of sociocultural Russian-Kazakh relations' history; axiological approach that allows us to assess the historical dynamics of the value cultural bases; historical phenomenology that reveals the mental causes of Russian-Kazakh cultural ties, and increasing cultural interdependence (A.S. Lappo-Danilevsky). The study was led by a sociocultural approach that allows us to analyze in unity the different sides of the historical people's interaction in two countries and to explicate the historical semantics of cultural phenomena. Research result: the problem's historiography is analyzed, starting from the XVIII century. Also, we have revealed the significance for the modern theory and practice of building an intercultural dialogue. Discussion and conclusion: the practical significance of the study is based on using long-standing traditions' possibility of diverse Russian-Kazakh interaction in the current stage of multilateral cooperation between neighboring countries, that stimulates interest in Russian and Kazakh history, language, peoples and culture.

The author offers an alternative reading of the riddle of the Sphinx, based on the polysemy of the key words in Oedipus's answer: τετράπουν (four-footed, quadruped - may refer to an “animal”, “horse” or “centaur”), ὀχούμενον (riding, having oneself borne, being carried e.g. on a horse), and βρέφος (“infant, baby”, but also used to denote “mare, foal” or “embryo of beasts: of a mare or foal”). The article argues that the “four-footed” (τετράπουν) in the riddle, traditionally understood as a metaphor of a babe crawling on four limbs, contains a hidden “horse motif”. In the light of the horse motif (and in the context of the meanings of the participle ὀχούμενον - “riding, being carried”) the “four-footed” is not just someone crawling on four limbs (a babe), but also someone who “has oneself borne or carried” e.g. on a horse's back. Using this line of reasoning, the author argues that there is a hidden meaning behind the “four-footed” in the riddle: a person riding a horse. This implies that the “four-footed” is not just one creature but a symbolic combination of two creatures resulting in an image of a “horse rider” (metaphoric equivalent to the Sphinx or a centaur: half man and half horse). The author finds that the recurrent “horse motif”, conveyed in the myth of Oedipus through repeated equine imagery, foreshadows the events that will happen later: 1. the transformation of Oedipus into a four-footed creature at the end of his life (in «Oedipus at Colonus» he is leaning upon his daughters, who play the role of their father's two crutches - σκῆπτρα) and 2. t he death of Oedipus in the “land of running horses” (Colonus), exactly where the First Horse was born from the semen of Poseidon. The author shows how a foreshadowing of Oedipus' future, expressed in the riddle of the Sphinx in the image of a creature that changes the number of its feet, occurs in the hero's real life (he actually becomes “three-footed”, “four-footed” and “two-footed”) within the extended narrative scheme of the story of Oedipus, for which the myth of Poseidon Hippios, the god of horses, serves as a framework.
