FEATURES folliculogenesis IN THE THYROID GLAND IN RATS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SALTS OF HEAVY METALS

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanism of folliculogenesis in the thyroid gland under the influence on the organism combinations of salts of heavy metals. The study was conducted on 24 white laboratory rats. By mathematical simulation showed that in the wall of the follicle ellipsoid greater tension arises from the longitudinal section of an ellipse and a cross-sectional voltage decreases. Draws attention to the important role intraluminal colloidal pressure in the process of folliculogenesis. The paper makes the assumption that the difference between peripheral and central folliculogenesis arises from the different values intraluminal pressure, which in turn is derived from different functional activity of the follicular epithelium.

STATE AND PROSPECTS OF THE MODERN CLINICO-MORPHOLOGICAL POPULATION ESTIMATION OF GASTRIC CARCINOMA

Abstract

The major age-gender, histological, prognostic features of gastric carcinoma were reveled by complex population-based analysis of 13095 current and retrospective (1994-2006) surgical cases. Are revealed: risk contingents; relative density of morphologically verified cases; level of invasive growth at the moment of research; methodological qualitative - quantitative principles of hospital alternative distribution of tumor histology by WHO classification (2000) that, with the account of organ-specific variability of cancerous proliferation, predetermines difficulties of comparative clinico-morphological medico-tactical prognostic and population gastric carcinoma estimation. Prospects of optimization for the modern hospital standard of clinico-morphological gastric carcinoma research are planned with the preference group (under the basic forms of cancer growth) allocation of histological forms of tumor, based on WHO-P. Lauren system (2000).

Dynamics of recovery of the lymphoid formations of a small intestine after influence of emotional stress

Abstract

The study revealed that the severity and duration of response of the lymphoid formations in the walls of the small intestine to acute emotional stress depends on the individual organism's resistance to the stress exposure. Despite the fungible nature of the response of lymphoid structures in the stressors, their reaction in the group of stress-resistant rats was less pronounced, and recovery times are shorter compared to the stress-prone animals.

ELLABORATION AND EFFICATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE ESTIMATION OF THE HUMAN REQUIREMENTS

Abstract

Resulting from the generalisation of existing approaches to an estimation of the human requirements the universal technique was developed. It allows to define separatelly the quantitative expressivenesses of physiological requirements, requirements for safety, reproductive, social, requirements for education, requirements for self-realisation, uniting them in two groups, characterised by the centripetal beginning and focused on an involvement into society. The expediency of calculation of two derivative indicators was proved: level of requirements's actualisation and success's installation of result's achievement. The interrelation of the developed indicators with main psychophysiological and psychological characteristics of the person were proved.
