Improvement of the production of milk replacers for calves

Abstract

When artificial feeding of young farm animals, particular importance is the use of whole milk substitutes, which are complex feed mixtures containing essential nutrients and biologically active substances-nye. The aim is to create a product in a mixture of whey is not inferior in its composition milk. For the processing of the proposed technology used red clover green juice obtained by pressing from the pre-grinding of cormophyte mass of green plants. The solids content of the green juice was 12,8%. The technological process of Bio-milk replacer for young farm animals include: pasteurized whey; inactivating enzymes by heating the green juice to 80 °С; mixing and neutralizing the resultant mixture to 80 °T limestone milk, drawing milk-fat mixture based on fish oil; homogenizing the blend components. It is found that during the production of the product will be a slight loss of activity of some biologically active substances. Regime applicable in the production of Bio-WMS contributed to the preservation of the original Strict produkt. Decreasing the amount of carotene and vitamins A, E and D will not exceed 20%. Losses actively-sti vitamin С were higher and amounted to 28,5%, and the B vitamins did not exceed 14,8% of the original values. Experiments on the feeding set a high digestibility and Horo Shui body calf digestibility of the resulting product. Translation calves on milk replacer Bio-wasp-mented with 10 days of age. For the experiment in each group selected the 15 calves. Organic milk replacer used as feeding when fed dry (7 kg/day). Gain control and experimental calves (prepared whole milk) study groups did not differ. The incidence of digestive disorders was observed, consisting of health-animals treated with Bio-WMS did not differ from controls. Analyzing in radiation in the course of research of experimental material, it should be noted that the green juice is a valuable raw material for obtaining bio-based of WMS whey, which can be used in the feeding of young cattle.
