Abstract

The energy and resource economy are for many countries the key words in there live, which, in case of science, is the intelligence resource application, define the further way of development of technologies. The present paper reveals one of the energy efficient ways of science investigation in light construction of materials. The small hollow spheres made from different materials could change the weight of a construction part essentially, used as acoustic and thermal insulation and also as protection against vibrations and energy, induced by plastic deformation of material. They can be used as a unit cell for big parts and alone filled with an inert gas, e.g. fusion targets. The methods of their production could be divided in chemical, powder and metallurgical. The metallurgical method requires the intelligence application, because it is based on the own properties of the materials and boundary conditions of the process, not involving any organically core and preparation of the powder.

Each element of a layered tool material fulfills individual functions. The carbide layer provides raised toughness and strength of tool material, the ceramic layer provides resistance of a tool material to oxidation, corrosion and high-temperature weakening at elevated temperatures, the nano-scale multilayered coating decreases thermal-mechanical stresses on the rake face of the tool and eliminates superficial defects of the ceramic.

Possibility for finding of a common solution for Navier-Stokes equations

Abstract

The paper considers equations of a particle of a Newtonian fluid motion (equations of Navier-Stokes) in a vector form. The equality to zero of a rotor of the gradient is used, so it allows to move to one vector equation only by the speed and rotor speed. This equation contains the linear and quadratic terms. On the basis of the observations of the trajectories of the liquids flow in leakage from the tank through a tube, the trajectories of the flow does not change when fluid consumption changes, the conclusion is that with a change in flow velocity the equality of quadratic and linear parts of the motion equations can only be stored in that case, if these parts are equal to zero. This allows you to move to a more simple system of equations than the Navier-Stokes equations.

Radiospectroscopy of magnetic materials

The paper presents the results of experimental and theoretical research of magnetic materials synthesized for use in the creation of functional radio electronics devices. Observations showed paramagnetic resonance, ferromagnetic resonance, resonance of the magnetostatic spin waves, nonresonant absorption of electromagnetic waves during the quasistatic magnetization reversal of the objects of research. According to the results of measurings of the observed physical phenomena were calculated studied magnetic materials characteristics; magnetization, anisotropy constants and so on.

The article examines the relationship between the laws of the multiplication of vectors in the covariant Clifford algebra and Dirac matrices. The result is that spatial Dirac matrices are recorded in the form of a matrix structural permanent Clifford algebra over a geometric space. Spatio-temporal Dirac matrices represent the structural constants of the condensed Clifford algebra on the space-time. The structural constants are considered on the set of real numbers, complex numbers and quaternions.

The problem of spreading of the plastic layer consisting of different environments

The paper presents application of the theory of flow of the plastic layer between approaching surfaces of the tool body, modeling the processes of forming and molding of thin-walled structural elements. Within the simplified statement a boundary-value problem of the flow of a thin plastic layer shaped region composed of two different environments is formulated. The authors provide the precise solution of the problem with respect to the flow velocity and contact pressure. They derived the evolution equation for determining of the boundaries of spreading plastic layer. It is shown that the boundary wedge areas remain straight.
