Quality Management of Teaching Students of The Faculty of Music and Performing Arts on The Basis of A Competence-Based Approach

Aryutkina A.N.

Abstract

For a number of years, a significant trend in Russia and around the world has been the "Europeanization" of education, and the main goal of the XXI century in many institutions of higher education has been "survival in new conditions", which has pushed into the background the quality of education, training and professional growth of future musicians-performers. This led to the blurring of the boundaries of education, reorientation to the immediate needs of society, the values of which were largely brought up by the Western system. However, the rapid change in the geopolitical situation in the world has had a significant impact on the socio-cultural situation in Russia. Unprecedented external pressure caused an unexpected reverse effect for many foreign "partners" - the growth of patriotic sentiments in Russia, the growth of national consciousness, an appeal to the historically established values of Russian education and its quality. The article discusses aspects of the training of future musicians-performers, taking into account the principles of a competence-based approach that allows you to manage and control the quality of education at the university.

And properly formed skills, and the ability to use weapons by cadets when entering the service, after graduating from specialized educational institutions, is an unconditional guarantee of lawful compliance with legislation in this area and ensuring the safety of yourself and others. In addition, thanks to a well-planned methodology, cadets at the psychological level learn to overcome psychological barriers, in other words, fear, when firing a shot. In the work, the authors analyzed the main performance indicators of the penal enforcement system (hereinafter referred to as the UIS), directly affecting the main issues of fire training of employees in their daily work. In addition, the work, in turn, reflects the most effective methods used in the fire training of cadets of the Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the fact of this is confirmed by the results of the annual Monitoring of the quality of professional training of graduates of the Federal State Educational Institution of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.

Asafyev M.I., Kaznacheev V.A.

Abstract

The authors consider organizational issues related to the preparation of cadets of the Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for service in institutions and bodies of the penal system. Of course, in order for the penal enforcement system to develop, it is necessary that every year the ranks of employees include well-trained personnel who understand the importance of working in the penitentiary system. The article analyzes the disciplines that are given special attention when preparing cadets for service, depending on the specialty and field of activity. In addition, the aspects of practical training with trips outside the institute on the territory of various correctional institutions located within the Samara region are considered more positively. It was concluded that practical visits to various types of correctional institutions favorably affect the cadets' understanding of the essence of the penal system. Communicating with current employees, cadets form an idea of their future activities. It is the process of sharing experience that is the key point of practice. This is due to the fact that some current employees have been working in the system for many years and know how to behave in emergency situations that occur almost every day in the penal system.

Vaseltsova I.A., Ananiev L.B., Zaitsev V.V.

Abstract

Railway transport is a highly scientific segment of the transport industry. The high rate of technical, technological, informational, socio-economic and structural changes in the industry complicates the process of professionalization of young specialists, consisting of two main stages: professional adaptation and professional development. A specific feature of the personnel policy of the Joint Stock Company "Russian Railways" (JSCo "RZD") is the systematic horizontal and vertical rotation of personnel. This makes it possible to activate the internal activity of employees aimed at replenishing specialized knowledge and skills, but increases the level of influence of socio-psychological risks associated with joining a team, effective communication, maintaining labor discipline, making professional decisions in conditions of high personal responsibility. This situation necessitates the formation of professional mobility of future railway transport specialists as an integrative personality characteristic that allows them to successfully implement administrative and managerial functions. The totality of qualities that motivate development, improvement, self-realization and effort includes the phenomenon of perfectionism. The results of a pilot study of the initial level of development of characteristics in the structure of perfectionism and their correlation with the level of socio-psychological adaptation proved the need for the formation of indicators of positive (healthy perfectionism) in the process of professional training of students. The study involved 4th year students of the Samara State Railway University (96 people). The purposeful development of professional mobility of students-future specialists of railway transport will be facilitated by active forms and means of education (multimedia technologies, interactive tools, project activities, modeling and role distribution), stimulating motivation to achieve success, developing constructive communication skills, leadership qualities and abilities to stage and achieving goals.

Titova O.Z., Fomina Y.A.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the organization of scientific circle on the Russian language for the cadets of departmental higher educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. The author substantiates the advantages of participation in the scientific circle, gives exercises aimed at forming vocabulary, stresses the need to improve language skills. As an example of exercises, assignments to the topic "Prefixes with the meaning of negation" are given. The authors come to the conclusion that when performing exercises, the students' vocabulary is enriched with words that include the most frequent international prefixes, familiarity with Latin words, and understanding of the process of borrowing words. It should be noted that participation in a scientific circle on the Russian language increases the general and cultural level of future graduates of the universities of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, introduces them to various linguistic phenomena, and forms speech culture. The participation of cadets in the work of the scientific circle on the Russian language makes it possible to comprehend the Russian language as the main cultural and national heritage of the country, to understand its aesthetic significance, to develop their own communication skills, to strive to comply with the language norms in professional and ordinary communication. The ability to speak correctly is a condition for the prestige of each employee individually and for the effective operation of the penitentiary system as a whole.

Chaos of «Horizons of Expectations» in F.M. Dostoevsky's Novel «The Possessed»

Gorbarenko E.A.

Abstract

The article offers a completely new perspective for Dostoevsky studies of the study of Dostoevsky's artistic creativity, specifically one of the novels of the «great five books» – the novel «The Prossessed». The concept of «horizons of expectations», which is used in the presented study, has received its justification within the framework of the receptive aesthetics of G.R. Jauss. In the works of Jauss, the main attention is paid to the peculiarities of the reader's perception of the text. In our study, we propose to expand the possibilities of this approach. Therefore, the concept of «horizon of expectations» is used by us in relation not only to the level of reader's perception of the text, but also to the «expectations» of the writer and the characters of the novel. For this purpose, draft versions of the text are involved, which help to trace the dynamics of the author's idea and, accordingly, the change of the «horizons of expectations» of the writer. Equally important is the analysis of the «horizons of expectations» of the most important characters, their change, mutual intersection or substitution. This allows, firstly, to rethink the plot roles of the main characters of the novel (Stepan Trofimovich Verkhovensky, Stavrogin, Pyotr Verkhovensky, Shatov, Kirillov), as well as a number of female characters, and, secondly, to expand the ideas available in Dostoevsky studies about the conceptual meaning of each artistic image in the novel as a whole.

Ontological Basics for Classification of Historical Cycles

Denisov D.V.

Abstract

The author of the article considers the possibility of building a theory of cycles by referring to the method of ontological modeling, which goes back to the models of being that were popular in the cultures of the ancient world. Many of them have 8–10 elements, but there are also those with 30/32, 45 and 64 elements, etc. In modern methodology, a comparable volume of cycles takes place only in the concept of large economic cycles of Kondratiev lasting from 47 to 60 years. The object of analysis is the geopolitical processes of the 19th–21st centuries. The subject of analysis is the final stages of macrocycles of historical development. The purpose of this work is to establish the general patterns of development and self-organization in historical processes by means of humanitarian research. The lower limit of long cycles is interpreted in the present application with respect to the 45-element ontological model of the world order in the Indian Vastu Vidya. On this basis, a 90-year geopolitical cycle is formed, limiting the element of wars. The internal dynamics of the development of participants in geopolitical interactions is described within the framework of a 32-year cycle, correlated with the first half of the 64-element cycle of the Chinese "Book of Changes", which describes the cycle of cognitive activity. Going beyond this cycle by adding another 8 stages leads to a 72-year cycle of radical change in self-identification and political course. Based on the results of the study, the author concludes about the prospects of the method of ontological modeling for the analysis of historical processes and the determination of future development.

Pushkin’s Presence in S.A. Yesenin’s Creative Work: a Culturological Commentary

Dudareva M.A.

Abstract

The object of the article is the archetype of the Moon in the Russian culture. The subject of the article is the variable images of the crescent and full Moon in the Russian poetry. The material of the article is represented by two poems – “The Demons” by A.S. Pushkin and “Through fields of virgin snow I roam” by S.A. Yesenin. The cultural and philosophical analysis focuses on the interrelation of two types of reality, the phenomenal and the noumenal, the rational and the spontaneous in art. Much attention is paid to the problem of transformation of the Moon image in poetry; the Moon’s hypostatic nature is analysed. The author traces the change in depiction of the Moon’s image within a single literary text. The author examines the text describing the blizzard and the demonic myth associated with the Moon’s archetype in the Russian literature. The research methodology represents a holistic ontological hermeneutic analysis of poetic texts by Pushkin and Yesenin aimed at highlighting the cultural potential of the problem of dualism in the Russian national world image, which makes it possible to describe the material from ontological positions and gain an insight into the poetic word. The work results can be of interest to philologists who include literature in the space of the great dialogue of cultures. The findings can also be used in teaching cultural studies and Russian philosophy courses.

Alexander Glazunov and His Role in The History of Recognition of The Saxophone in The Academic Environment

Li S.

Abstract

The article discusses the special role of A.K. Glazunov in overcoming the dismissive attitude of "academic" composers to the use of the saxophone in classical works. The history of the adoption of the saxophone as a new instrument in the musical environment as a whole, the evolution of the views of A.K. Glazunov to the very possibility of composing a concerto exclusively for a saxophone group. By 1930, the saxophone had won the title of "King of Jazz", but at the same time acquired a certain touch of frivolity and frivolity. Analyzing the relevant literature, the author comes to the conclusion that thanks to the active work of the outstanding saxophonist S. Rascher and his agreements with the recognized master A.K. Glazunov, new classical works appeared, which allowed the saxophone to return to the orbit of "academic music". A.K. Glazunov, of course, associated the saxophone with a certain "Americanism". L. Sabaneev called the Saxophone Quartet "modernism that Glazunov allowed himself." Thus, in the work of A.K. Glazunov showed a mixture of Russian-European and American cultures. At the same time, he managed to create works that forever entered the golden fund of art, combining classical music and innovative, at that time, saxophone.

Musical Symbolism by Alexander Glazunov

Li S.

Abstract

The article deals with the work of the composer A.K. Glazunov in a relatively new paradigm. In this regard, the author resorted to biographical, musicological methods of research, as well as to system analysis. On the example of his work "Salome", the composer's contribution to the world of symbolism, popular in the late 19th - early 20th centuries, is considered. The Dance of Salome, written for Ida Rubenstein and performed by her in defiance of censorship restrictions, is a prime example of the innovative art of the time. Other outstanding artists of that time also worked on the production - Meyerhold, Bakst, Fokin. The article studies the role of exotic music in the work of A.K. Glazunov. Research findings: A.K. Glazunov created a magnificent symbolist work in the spirit of the advanced ideas of his time, revealing new facets of his talent. In the work of A.K. Glazunov's "Salome" is not the only "exotic" work, there were several more, including "Spanish Serenade" (1888), "Oriental Dream" (1888), "Oriental Tale" from the string quartet "Five Novels" (1886) , "Oriental Dance" from ballet scenes (1904), "Bacchanalia" from the opera "Raymonda" (1898), Oriental Rhapsody (1889), Oriental Suite (1895) and the song "Oriental Romance" in addition to an excerpt from "Seasons", used in "Cleopatra".

Mimicry and Theatricality: A Formal Model

Pimonov V.I.

Abstract

Object of the article: mimicry and theatricality. Subject of the article: difference and similarity between mimicry and theatricality. Purpose of the research: creating the semiotic model of transformation of mimicry into theatricality. Results: in mimicry, three meta-roles are at play: the mimic, the dupe and the model. The mimic imitates signals, emitted by the model. The dupe, being an enemy of the mimic, is thus deceived by the mimic's signals. Mimicry can be expressed by the scheme: “A” acts in front of “B” in the role of “C”, where “A” is the mimic, “B” is the dupe - a victim of deception, “C” is the model. Mimicry formally resembles theatricality, where "A" is the character of the play (functionally corresponding to the mimic), "B" is the character-spectator, corresponding to the dupe (victim of deception), "C" is another character, functionally corresponding to the "model". Even so, the difference between signals in mimicry and signs in theater is crucial. Field of application: semiotics, literary studies. Conclusions: The mimicry-to-theatricality transformation requires a real or imaginary border between the space of everyday life and “marked” territory (museum, house-of-worship, stage) that serves as a stop-signal inhibiting (or preventing) automatic actions.

Titova V.N.

Abstract

In the world philosophical and aesthetic tradition, the idea of a hero as a spiritually and physically perfect person who, performing a feat, becomes the personification of worthy behavior has been formed. In a feat, the inner strength, strong-willed and moral qualities of the individual, the ability to rise above the ordinary, to destroy the boundaries of the possible are most clearly manifested. An analysis of the historiography of Lugansk theaters allows us to state that the ideological context of the time determined the repeated appeal of Lugansk theaters in the Soviet period of their formation to the heroic theme. The historical self-identification of the region led Lugansk directors to turn to the historical events that took place in the Lugansk region during the Civil War, the Great Patriotic War.

The article examines the problem of the heroic personality of the Young Guard through the prism of director's work, which is a category of feat, which is determined by a set of personal properties.

It is noted that the historical self-identification of the region led the Lugansk directors to turn to the historical events that took place in the Lugansk region during the Great Patriotic War, as a result of which the performances "The Young Guard", feat of the youth.
