EXPERIENCE OF APPLICATION CEFTAROLINE FOSAMIL FOR THE TREATMENT OF PNEUMONIA OF HEAVY COURSE IN TERMS OF THE «442 DISTRICT MILITARY CLINICAL HOSPITAL» OF THE RUSSIAN DEFENSE MINISTRY

Sapozhnikov R.Y., Khalimov Y.S., Litvinenko R.I., Chikin O.V.

Abstract

The analysis of the comparison of the effectiveness сeftaroline fosamil compared with Ceftriaxone in patients with community-acquired pneumonia heavy flow in General, separately evaluated the effectiveness of these drugs for conscripts and contract service. Defined treatment time, the time of disappearance of the syndrome common infectious intoxication, normalization of leukocyte, as well as radiographic resolution of pneumonia. It was found that the initial course of the disease in conscripts is more severe, while no convincing data were obtained in differences in the effectiveness of antibiotic therapy for conscripts and contract service. When comparing ceftaroline fosamil and Ceftriaxone in the original ones according to severity of cases is more mild disease, and shorter terms of treatment, patients receiving combination ceftaroline fosamil with moxifloxacin compared with patients who were prescribed Ceftriaxone in the same combination. It is shown that even in cases the original more severe course of pneumonia the use of ceftaroline fosamil compared with the Ceftriaxone seems to be more justified (4 tables, bibliography: 8 refs).

EXPERIENCE OF APPLICATION OF MODERN METHODS OF TREATMENT OF PREMATURE BIRTH

Ostromenskiy V.V., Borisov A.V., Kaplun I.B., Astapova M.K., Kucheryavaya Y.G.

Abstract

Premature delivery is one of the topical issues of the present-day obstetrics. Occurrence of this disorder remains quite high. In the last five years medical drugs based on atosiban have been introduced into clinical practice. Atosiban is selective antagonist of oxytocinum which proved successful in clinical practice. In the article comparative assessment of standard medical treatment of premature delivery and therapy with medical drugs based on atosiban is given. High efficiency of atosiban has been proved, use of atosiban allows to prolong pregnancy and potentially reduces resuscitation occurrence of prematurely born babies (3 figs, bibliography: 7 refs).

ADDITIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN PERSONALIZED DENTISTRY AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY

Grebnev G.A., Bagnenko A.S., Moskvin G.V.

Abstract

Analysis of available domestic and foreign sources of literature showed that dental anomalies occur from 27.7 to 88.8% of the population. However, according to various authors, from 17 to 32% of the representatives of this group need the surgical stage of complex correction of skeletal bite anomalies. In addition to dental-anomalies, due to advances in osteoplastic and reconstructive maxillofacial surgery, there is an increasing interest in rejuvenating surgeries and in imparting European characteristics to representatives of the African and Asian races. The development of high-speed transport leads to an increase in the proportion of victims with multiple and pan-facial fractures of the facial bones of the skull and severe combined injuries of the maxillofacial area. Diagnosis, planning of surgical intervention and rehabilitation of this category of patients requires special thoroughness and scrupulousness due to the anatomical and physiological features of the maxillofacial area and aesthetic, as well as the communicative function of a person›s face. All of the above circumstances dictate the need for a personalized approach in the treatment of this category of patients, while the attacks use modern additive technologies (9 figs, bibliography: 7 refs).

Uliukin I.M., Kostin D.V., Kiseleva N.V., Yusupov V.V., Berezovskii A.V.

Abstract

Background. The review is devoted to the analysis of the categories «Authoritarian Personality» and «Social Beliefs», as this determines the social attitudes of a person: it is believed that belief in a «dangerous world» reliably predicts right-wing authoritarianism, and belief in a «competitive world» is oriented toward social domination. The aim of the work was the analysis of publications on the issue of the authoritarian personality syndrome and factors affecting it, for the timely identification of individual psychological characteristics and possible psychocorrection for the purpose of effective learning in the course of the educational process in young people. The study is relevant due to the fact that authoritarianism and social attitudes are subject to monitoring due to changes in the conditions of society. Materials and methods. When conducting a study, scientific publications in open press materials were used, which are contained in domestic and foreign databases, they were selected in accordance with the purpose of the study. Results. It is shown that people who adhere to the worldview of the «competitive world» tend to maintain group-based dominance; people who adhere to the «dangerous world» theory tend to adhere to social cohesion, collective security and traditions. Discussion. There is another version of authoritarianism, authoritarianism based on traditional values. However, where society is largely secular, and the human condition is comfortable, the degree of religiosity is minimal. Conclusion. Right-wing authoritarianism and a focus on social dominance are predictors of generalized prejudice and ethnocentrism, therefore monitoring these indicators is important as determining the function of an individual›s adaptation to society (1 figure, bibliography: 57 refs).

DEVELOPMENT OF 3D PRINTING TECHNIQUES INDIVIDUAL SPLINTS FOR BRUSH AND FOREARM IMMOBILIZATION WITH INJURY

Peleshok S.A., Volov D.A., Titova M.V., Eliseeva M.I., Adamenko V.N., Nebylitsa Y.I.

Abstract

3D printing (additive technologies) in recent years is increasingly being used in medicine. The technology for creating physical 3D models from surface scan data and/or anatomical images of non-invasive studies (computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging) is a multi-stage process: image acquisition, digital model creation, support system construction and separation the model into layers, three-dimensional printing and post-processing depending on the 3D printing method. 3D printing of individual splints not possible without close cooperation between doctors and engineers, as it is at the junction of two specialties. The article highlights the issues of testing the methodology for obtaining a digital model and personalized splints made with the help 3D printing for use in the treatment and rehabilitation of military personnel. Using 3D printing to make personalized medical products will improve the quality life patients (6 figs, 1 table, bibliography: 11 refs).
