On November 27 of the current year, the psychiatric hospital of the Samarsk Provincial Zemstvo celebrates the 35th anniversary of its existence.

The speaker came to the following conclusions: in the last years, when developing a study on internal secretion of glands, many, both foreign and Russian authors, paid attention to the relationship between chronic diseases of the joints in general and artritis deformans in particular and a disorder of the thyroid gland.

The construction of the psychiatric clinic of the Imperial Kazan University has ended and the equipment has already been completed. The opening is expected not later than September 1914.
