Khoteeva M.S., Mokshin M.Y.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to understand the concept of a social state, identify and systematize the indicators that characterize it. The developed system of indicators is capable of reflecting various aspects of the development of a social state and presenting a comprehensive picture of its functioning. The study is aimed at assessing the relevance and social significance of the identified indicators, determining how much they reflect the modern challenges and tasks that modern states face, and what aspects of social development they take into account. The conclusion of the study is the confirmation of the scientific novelty of the allocation and systematization of indicators of the welfare state. An integrated approach, systematization and structuring of indicators, integration with the historical context, as well as taking into account the relevance and social significance, as well as the diversity of countries and cultures, make this work unique and valuable. The study allows a better understanding of the essence of the welfare state, its main aspects and the relationship between them. It contributes to the development of effective social policies and the management of social states that strive for justice, sustainability and well-being for all citizens.

Post-non-classical philosophy of technologies and cybernetic anthropology

Loiko A.I.

Abstract

The article examines the tendency of convergence of the subject fields of post-non-classical philosophy of technology and cybernetic anthropology associated with digital anthropology. Post-non-classical philosophy of technology has expanded its subject field by studying intelligent cognitive systems and cognitive artifacts. Cybernetic philosophy, based on the applied interpretation of humanism, has made the subject of study and construction of a person with components of artificial origin. This is the construction of an extended person. As a result of the expansion of man, digital anthropology has acquired a research field, the main sources of information in which are digital traces and digital shadows. The article discusses the risks associated with the expansion of man and the need to transform the philosophy of security in order to strengthen the role of systemic approaches in it. This is due to the fact that the extended human body, thanks to the technologies of digital metaverses, acquires the functions of a digital ecosystem.

Historical concepts of justification of the soul phenomenon

Nurullin R.A.

Abstract

The article attempts to conduct a comparative analysis of the main philosophical historical concepts in order to arrive at a holistic reflection of the phenomenon of the soul. The most difficult aspect in reflecting the phenomenon of the soul is the substantiation of the possibility manifestation of human creative ability. The ability of consciousness to generate new ideas is due to the fact that the human soul intuitively feels itself to be part of the structure of something larger and more complex than itself. In the history of philosophy, thinkers have put forward various concepts for explaining the phenomenon of the soul: from a simple reduction of its functioning to servicing the integrity of the living body to attempts to explain the creative abilities of man due to the connection of his soul with the higher structures of the living Cosmos.

Historians of philosophy of the Deborin school

Korsakov S.N.

Abstract

The article gives a panoramic overview of the main results obtained in historical and philosophical research by representatives of the school of students of Academician A.M. Deborin (1881–1963). The main thing in their historical and philosophical research is the identification of dialectics in the works of the classics of world philosophy. The emphasis in the research was not on the systems, as previously the case, but on method. Moreover, the task was to take everything of value for the development of the method of materialist dialectics. The historians of philosophy of the Deborin school paid the main attention to the philosophy of the New Age and German classical philosophy. This article examines the emphasis of the least known or completely forgotten representatives of the Deborin school who studied the history of philosophy. Among the topics of their research are the philosophical views of Descartes, Spinoza, Leibniz, Locke, Hume, French materialists, Kant, Fichte, Hegel.

FOREIGN PHILOSOPHY: HISTORY AND MODERNITY

Parmenides in the shade of philosophy

Kostetsky V.V.

Abstract

From the review of opinions on Parmenides' philosophy, it follows that philosophers avoid Parmenides, and historians of philosophy in their retellings lose the thread of presentation when apologizing for absurd theses. The article attempts to reconstruct the philosophy of Parmenides, based on a different context of "being." The concepts of "being" and "non-being" in philosophy do not arise as a result of abstraction and generalization, but in specific contexts. In Hegel, such a context is the concept of "beginning," decomposed into being and non-being, and then synthesized into "becoming"; in Parmenides, the context is given by the concept of "moment," in the same way logically decomposed into being and non-being. The irrationality of the concept of "moment" (mathematically obvious) allowed Zeno to build a series of consecutive aporia.

Materialism of Karl Marx and materialism of marxism

Khamidov A.A.

Abstract

The article shows that the materialism of K. Marx and the materialism of Marxists, starting with F. Engels, are fundamentally different materialisms. Marx, through classical German philosophy, goes back to the Aristotelian concept of the relationship between form and matter and transforms the concept of matter thanks to the principle of objective activity he developed, and F. Engels and subsequent Marxists, starting with V.I. Lenin, interpreted matter as going back to T. Hobbes and R. Descartes, as well as to French and English materialism, modernizing it through Hegelian dialectics.
