COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF «THE FIRST» CRITERIA OF DIAGNOSIS OF RELATION AMONG QUALITATIVE VARIABLES
Abstract
A comparative analysis of the use of the «first» criteria of estimation of relation among categorical variables is presented in the article. Compatibility of the criteria presented, on the example of revealing of relation of the type of a flight and the number of wreckages, is given.

APPLICATION OF GENETIC ALGORITHMS TO COPE WITH A TASK OF ESTIMATION OF REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL POLITICS EFFECTIVE STRENGT
Abstract
In this article the the authors analyze the possibility of application of genetic algorithms to cope with tasks of optimization on an example of a problem of estimation of the regional industrial efficiency. A calculation comparison on the linear model of the region, made by means of genetic and simplex methods, is presented, and a possibility of application of the genetic methods to the model, in which the demand is prescribed to be a logistic curve, is described.

DETERMINATION OF FUNDAMENTAL OSCILLATION FREQUENCY OF THE RECTANGULAR SANDWICH PLATE TIGHTENED IN THE CENTRAL POINT
Abstract
In the article the problem of determination of fundamental frequency of the sandwich plate, tightened in the central point, is solved. Variation equations of plate dynamics were solved by generalized Galerkin method. The formula for fundamental frequency determination is obtained.

RESEACH OF NON CLOSED ADAPTIVE HYDROSTATIC SUPPORT WITH INDEPENDENT FLOATING REGULATOR
Abstract
Construction and optimization principle of design-regime parameters of non closed adaptive hydrostatic support with independent floating regulator of work fluid consumption in comparison with traditional hydrostatic supports with throttle control for guide bearing of knots of heavy metal-cutting engineering tools is described. Results of theoretical and experimental researches of load characteristics and construction parameters, by flexibility criteria, are presented.

OPTIMIZATION OF DYNAMICS OF THE AUTOMATED ELECTRIC DRIVE WITH EXPLOSIVE CONTROL
Abstract
In the paper the authors consider an excavating machine automated electric drive with explosive control and a choice of the optimum slide surface. The influence of weight coefficients of an optimization criterion on dynamics of such electric drive in triggering and stopping modes are investigated, and the algorithm of weight coefficients selection is offered.

COMPARISON OF NONPARAMETRIC TESTING CRITERIA OF HYPOTHESIS OF DISTRIBUTION OF RANDOM VARIABLES
Abstract
From a perspective of collective estimation principles, the authors worked out the technique of testing, for a hypothesis of identity of laws of distributions of random variables, based on nonparametric algorithms of pattern recognition. Results of its comparison with Smirnov and Pearson criterion are presented.

THEORY OF NON-PARAMETRIC SYSTEMS. ACTIVE PROCESSES – I
Abstract
The problem of modeling and control of organizational systems, which contain, as a system element, a man or a group of people, are investigated. A priori information obtained is considered to be essential. The problems of conceptual difference in modeling and control of technical and active systems are discussed. The main peculiarity is the necessity to introduce control loop into the control system of some output variables as well as into control system of process of realization of the received controlling effect.

ANALYSIS AND RECOGNITION OF TEXTURAL IMAGES ON THE BASIS OF STATISTICAL AND FRACTAL FEATURES
Abstract
An algorithm of recognition of textural images by means of a neural network of direct distribution is considered. Fractal dimensions calculation methods, by the method of coating a surface with master plates and method of coating a fractal structure with two-dimensional surface, are considered. Algorithm of calculation of statistical descriptors is presented, along with the results of the experiments carried out.

ALGORITMS OF SPATIO - TEMPORAL CORRECTION OF VIDEO SEQUENCES IN TASKS OF STEREO VISION
Abstract
A method of spatio-temporal correction of video sequences, in tasks of stereo vision, is presented. The algorithm of motion estimation and creation of interpolation frames in video sequences is investigated. The algorithm of image registration for creation of stereo video sequences is presented. Results of interpolation methods testing and video sequences registration are introduced.

DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF DYNAMICS AND ESTIMATION OF FATIGUE LIFE OF TURBOMACHINES BLADES WITH ACCOUNT OF GEOMETRIC NONLINEARITY
Abstract
The article presents the results of study of mathematical models of dynamics of turbomachine blades with account of geometric nonlinearity due to temperature and centrifugal forces. Also the authors give the results of calculation of fatigue life of turbomachine blades on the basis of the developed mathematical models. In addition, the authors offer a set of recommendations to improve the fatigue life of turbomachine blades with the account of rotation and uneven heating.

THE PROBLEM OF CONSTRUCTION OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS FOR OPTIMIZATION OF PARAMETERS OF FRICTION DAMPERS ON THE EXAMPLE OF BLADES OF GAS TURBINE ENGINES

The article considers a problem of optimization of friction damper for blades of gas turbine engines. Based on this study and the results obtained by the other authors, the authors constructed an effective mathematical model, which makes it possible to design a friction damper with optimal parameters.

REMOTE SENSING OF SNOW COVER IN SIBERIA ON DATA OF RADIOMETER MODIS
Abstract
The authors present analysis of dynamics of snow cover of Siberian Federal District (SFD). Additionally, they present the theoretical basis of calculation of the index of snow cover based on the study of spectral reflectance and absorption characteristics of the snow. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to analyze the dynamics of snow cover of SFD in order to create a forecast model of snowmelt runoff of the Siberian rivers.

ALGORITHM OF CALCULATION OF THE HODOGRAPH CONTAININA LAYER WITH A LINEAR DEPENDENCE OF VELOCITY ON DEPT
Abstract
An algorithm of calculation of hodograph of refracted and head waves in an assumed environment model is considered. A detailed argumentation of the applied analytical solutions, derived from the universal arrangement of the direct amplitude time problem in ray approximation, is presented. The algorithm is offered to be used in hypocenter location problems.

Abstract
Application of classical mathematical methods to solution of decision-making problems is somewhat difficult, but intelligent systems are more effective in such a case since intelligent systems are the synthesis of adaptive and conventional mathematical algorithms. On the basis of analysis of existing methodologies for intellectual support of management decisions, the author justifies the developed modified fuzzy neural network, as one, eliminating the drawbacks of existing methodologies, and being more effective.

THEORETICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF DECONTAMINATION OF THE INNER SURFACE OF THE STORAGE TANKS
Abstract
The article describes the reasons of hydrocarbon contamination and types of pollutions: surface and subsurface. The theoretical fundamentals of the decontamination process with the use of liquid СО 2 are considered. The formulas of quantitative evaluation of hydrocarbon contamination are presented. The mechanism of hydrocarbon decontamination of the surface and pore throats with the help of thermal «shock» and the «gas wedge» is proposed, the efficiency of cleaning is considered. The formula for determination of the time of the decontamination process has been calculated. The equation of continuity of fuel blasting process from the open pores of metal has been derived.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF FLOW IN THE WORKINCAVITY OF THE DISC PUMP

An approach to constructing a mathematical model of the friction disk pump by means of expansion of its hydraulic path into individual structural-functional areas is considered. On the basis of the friction pressure obtained from the momentum equations of turbulent three-dimensional boundary layer, the solutions of the motion equations of viscous incompressible fluid in each of the sites are made and presented in the article.
