Abstract

The nonparametric estimation of the mix probability density which synthesis is based on technology duplication of statistical data is investigated. The asymptotic unbiasedness conditions and solvencies are determined. On this basis the properties comparison of the offered estimation of the mix probability density with the nonparametric estimation such as Rozenblatt-Parzen is carried out.

Generation and accumulation of vacancies in a crystal grown up from melt

Abstract

The model of the vacancies formation in a crystal grown up from melt, as a result of its leaky packing at crystallization is offered. The dependence of the vacancies concentration from growth rate of an ingot from melt (vc), a gradient of temperatures at the front of crystallization (G) and parameters of diffusion and drift carrying over of vacancies in a hot zone of a crystal is calculated. It is shown that the vacancy crystal growth occurs, if Voronkov parameter £, is c >Si, where £ is - ^-т^, г) is G " ьi 1-п kT 2 concentration of atoms in melt and a crystal accordingly, els is an energy of crystallization of atoms, Dls is a diffusion factor on a border of melt and crystal. The offered model allows to estimate modes of an ingot growth from melt.

The invariant system of the information processing based on square-law characterized non-linear processing has been synthesized. Calculating the parameters of such kind system it is assumed that the readings of the sub-carrier are interfered with the additive noise and non-correlated with each other. The quantitative estimation of the operation of such kind system is compared with the quantitative indicators of the classical system with the amplitude modulation and with the characteristics of the invariant system based on extended synchronous detection.

The analysis of the advertising activity notion is given. It demonstrates that advertising activity characterizes the peculiar kind of human activity, devoted to producing and realizing advertisement.
