ANALYSIS OF HEAT AND PHOTON RECOMBINATION LOSSES IN SOLAR CELLS
Resumo
Photoconversion efficiency of light into electrical current is limited by recombination, thermal and other losses
of photon energy in the structures of solar cells, including those used in space vehicles. The equations describing the
loss, adjusted the light dispersal ohmic losses in the surface layer. For the first time an assessment of the heat losses
due to Peltier effect at the contacts of the circuit of solar cells. The ways to minimize recombination losses in the
surface layer due to the electric field of contact charges are discussed.

NONERGODICITY OF MATHEMATIC MODEL OF A RANDOM ACCESS NETWORK
Resumo
We have considered a random access communication network with conflicts of requests, which mean that the arriving
request and request under service are sent to a retrial pool. For a process of system states changing the embedded
Markov chain is built up. The theorem on non-ergodicity of Markov chain, which proves the instability of functioning of
the computer communication network managed by a random multiple access, is formulated.

INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY OF GAS DISTRIBUTION IN THE ACCELERATINGCHANNEL OF AN ELECTROJET ENGINE
Resumo
The article presents results of researches of the influence of modes of gas feeding to a cavity of a discharge chamber
on the basis critical parameters and characteristics of electrojet engines. Increase of operating effect of electroget
engines is reached at the expense of, first, additional distribution of gas on depth of the discharge chamber by placing
ports of injection of gas directly to an input in an ionization zone, and, secondly, by orientation of ports of injection
of gas so that submitted gas mainly moved along an input in an ionization zone. Tests were spent on models of a various
standard size in a range of working capacities from 100 Vt to 2,3 kw, including modes of operation at high discharge
voltage.

APPLICATION OF COMBINED POROUS-MESH MATERIALS IN CONSTRUCTIONOF INTRATANK DEVICES OF PROPULISION INSTALLATIONS OF SPACECRAFTS,FINAL STEPS OF CARRIER ROCKETS AND UPPER-STAGES
Resumo
Theoretical and experimental basis of perspective of application of new type materials - the combined porous-mesh
materials (KPSM) in intratank devices (VBU) of propulsion installations to provide multiple starts of liquid-propellant
engine of spacecrafts, final steps of carrier rockets and upper-stage of rockets in the conditions of real zero-gravity
is described in the report. It is shown that KPSM work is accompanied with phenomena that do not appear while using
meshy materials previously applied for this purpose. As a result the VBU efficiency on the base of KPSM increases
greatly and finally it allows to cut to minimum unusable fuel in tanks and to raise power mass efficiency of aircraft
in general.

INFLUENCE OF IMPURITIES ON RATE OF DIFFUSION OF LITHIUMIN CRYSTAL SILICON
Resumo
Influence of impurity atoms (Al, B, C, Ge, P) on rate of diffusion of lithium in crystal silicon is investigated by DFT
calculations. For that potential barrier values for lithium atom passage between potential minimum nearby impurity
atom have been calculated. It is shown the presence of Al or Ge atoms near lithium atom decreases the potential barrier
value at 0,02-0,07 eV, but the presence of C or B atoms increases the barrier value at 0,14-0,17 eV. And the presence
of P atoms does not influence on the potential barrier value. The calculated lithium diffusion rates show that injection
of Al or Ge atoms into silicon increase the lithium diffusion rate at ~4 times at 300 K.

NEOCLASSICAL PARADIGM AND CAUSES OF THE MODERN ECONOMIC CRISIS
Resumo
This paper compares the fundamental postulates of neoclassic paradigm and Keynesian model with the modern
capitalism. It shows that neoclassic paradigm, which underlies economic structure of major countries, is inadequate to
the essence of market economy. The research concludes that the current crisis in the countries with both advanced and
developing market economy has happened because their economic structures, each on its own way, have ignored the
requirement of the systematic government regulation due to basing on neoclassic paradigm. Keynes model, which in
fact has never been implemented, may be a base for a revised holistic, stable, and robust economic structure - for a
new capitalism.
