Abstract
New technologies for reducing bacterial contamination of raw milk materials are
presented. Advantages of membrane sterilization allowing receive milk with 21
days storage life have been enumerated. Two methods of membrane sterilization
were developed: with sterilization of the concentrate received and without
sterilization.
