Identification of the processes for products development on the basis of the requirements of the ISO standards 9001:2008 and 22000:2005

Resumo

Some special features and principle items of the standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 are considered. Some examples of possible applications and meeting the requirements of the above Standards at milk processing plants are given.
