Resumo

Technology of rapid cooling of freshly drawn milk at summer farms operation is a combination of relatively low capacity cooling aggregate with highly efficient liquid heat exchanger and cold accumulator. It allows to rapidly cool milk directly at the place of its production. Such design solution results in reduction of power consumed by cooling aggregate by two times at analogous lowering of mass, sizes and cost of the devise.
