Для оценки риска определяется травмоопасность и опасность профзаболеваний в тех или иных условиях труда, при действии опасных факторов и эксплуатации машин и (или) оборудования. С 15 февраля 20І3 г. вступает в силу Технический регламент Таможенного союза «О безопасности машин и оборудования» (ТР ТС 010/2011). Этот документ дополняет сложившуюся практику акцентом на первоисточник рисков, т.е. машины и (или) оборудование.

Abstract

Technology of rapid cooling of freshly drawn milk at summer farms operation is a combination of relatively low capacity cooling aggregate with highly efficient liquid heat exchanger and cold accumulator. It allows to rapidly cool milk directly at the place of its production. Such design solution results in reduction of power consumed by cooling aggregate by two times at analogous lowering of mass, sizes and cost of the devise.

В рамках выставки состоялись: Международная научнопрактическая конференция «Молочная индустрия мира и России», Международный Салон сыра, круглый стол и мастер-класс по производству мороженого, открытый конкурс «Народная дегустация» и дегустационный конкурс «Молочный успех», а также технические экскурсии на молочные предприятия.
