Application of the HACCP principles at machines design and manufacturing

Abstract

Tightening-up of requirements to the food products safety in compliance with the documents of the Customs Union countries and of the Ukraine as well as terms given in the EU directives in the sphere of sanitarian requirements make producers of the equipment to pay more attention to application of the HACCP principles when designing and manufacturing machinery at the Kalinovskii Machine Building Plant (the Ukraine).
