Logistics and marketing aspects in the resources saving technology of the enriched biological fermented milk product

Abstract

The group of researchers worked out the production technology of biological fermented milk product enriched with protein and carbohydrate concentrates and watermelon honey. The obtained product proved to show some quality characteristics superior to those of traditional milk products. To launch the production of that new product and to market it, the macro-, direct-, and reverse logistics chains were elaborated, and the marketing plan for its distributing was made. The distributional scheme implies exploiting secondary resources, which will allow to reduce production and turnover costs.
