Abstract
The main stages of the microbiological analysis -sample preparation, inoculation, counting and identification of bacteria colonies are discussed. For automation of microbiological testing the using of gravimetric diluter, homogenizer, device for spiral inoculation, automatic colony counter and device for automatically staining of agents is very perspective.
