Application of microfiltration together with pasteurization is a further step in the field of high quality liquid milk technology development. This is milk with extended shelf life, and components that are usually destroyed at heat treatment are preserved. Microfiltrated milk has a usual taste of pasteurized milk, and together with above mentioned properties and price the product is attractive for selling.
