Resumo

Results of monitoring of technical regulations related with milk, milk composite and milk containing canned products are given. Microbiological norms providing safety of the products, allowed levels of potentially dangerous substances, new concepts, indices of identification are analyzed as well as requirements to labeling, packaging and food supplements.
