The article, devoted to the Russian-German relations in the time of Minister President of Prussia Otto von Bismarck, tells about the origin of relations between the two countries in the 60-s of the 19 th century, when the Prussian government was led by Bismarck, about the role played by Russia in the unification of Germany “from above” under the leadership of Prussia.

The article identifies and analyzes the objective and subjective factors of the formation of the Eurasian Union in the post-Soviet space. Eurasian integration encompasses dialectical contradiction - development of sovereignty of young states of Eurasia by entry into the Union. The most important element in formation of the Eurasian Union is sustainable development of culture of democracy and civil society.

The article considers the main problem points in characteristic of Christian Church state in the conquered Arab-Muslim territories of the Iberian Peninsula. The author analyzes them in terms of the social role of the Church in conditions of coexistence of Christians with the politically dominant Muslim community.

Originating as cultural panslavism in the Czech-Slovak environment, the idea of integration and political unity of the Slavs became widespread in the Czech political thought of the first half of the 19th century. The defeat of the Polish uprising in 1830 in lands that were part of Russia seriously shook Czech Russophilia and dealt a blow to the positive assessment of the monarchical form of government in Russia, but did not turn away Czech public figures from the ideas of Slavic solidarity. The majority of Czech society, loyal to the Austrian Government, moved to the position of Austroslavism. Ideas about political unification of the Slavs were expressed by Czech radicals, which held Pan-Slavic Congress in Prague in 1848.

The article attempts to understand the problem of the idea of humanity autotrophy of V. I. Vernadsky in the context of humanization of production and consumption in the process of globalization. It is shown that this idea is not only to look at totally different common ideology of consumer society, but also makes it possible to radically change the meaning and purpose of human existence, transforming the traditional ideological and methodological guidelines and putting forward as humanistic sense-priority issues.

The article is devoted to the works of the founder of the Russian cosmism N.F. Fedorov, who was the representative of its religious and philosophical direction. The author analyzes the main provisions of teachings of N.F. Fedorov called “Philosophy of the Common Task” and traces influence of the original philosophical teachings on the formation of modern globalism.

The work is about philosophical and methodological analysis of contemporary interdisciplinary research areas, named Artificial Intelligence (AI), in which overall context the problem of computer representations of knowledge is made. The article deals with constitutional and legal regulation of the use of languages in activities of government bodies and local authorities of the Russian Federation and Estonia. The article conducted the detailed analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and Estonia. It is shown that special attention from the state paid to the use of languages in activities of state authorities and local self-government. This problem is studied not enough and requires further research.

The article discusses the role of referential component in teaching of Russian as a foreign language (intermediary language). It is set based on theoretical and empirical analysis. The article investigates the euphemistic phraseology in Russian and English. The main criteria are euphemistically phraseological units: contextual communications, specific structure and semantics of language units. The most successful ways to create phraseology, euphemisms are noted in the article.
