OSMOLYTIC AND ADSORPTIVE ACTIVITIES DETERMINATION IN VITRO OF OINTMENT COMPONENTS ON THE BASIS OF CO2 EXTRACT FROM SEEDS OF SCHIZANDRA CHINENSIS
Abstract
There are data about positive effects from treatment of different skin diseases, sluggishly granulating wounds, and trophic ulcers with drugs based on Schizandra chinensis in literature sources. The purpose of this work is elaboration of soft external drug form - ointment on the basis of CO 2 extract of Schizandra chinensis seeds. Biopharmaceutical researches in vitro were carried out to choose optimal ointment composition with osmolytic and absorptive activity. Researches on osmolytic activity determination were conducted by the common method of equilibrium dialysis through semi-permeable membrane; adsorption activity of model ointment compositions was registered on their capability to sorb coloring agent. Thus we have established that all model ointment compositions under consideration have osmolytic (by the efficiency as well as by duration) and adsorptive activity and can be used at different stages of wound process.

METHODS ELABORATION ON DETECTION OF SOME ATYPICAL NEUROLYTIC AGENTS FOR CHEMICAL AND TOXICOLOGICAL ANALYSIS
Abstract
It is necessary to elaborate methods of atypical neuroleptic agents detection as individual substances and in different combinations as well for diagnosis of poisoning by some of them: clozapine, risperidone, sertindole, olanzapine, aripiprazole. The purpose of this work is methods elaboration of detection of clozapine, risperidone, sertindole, olanzapine, aripiprazole, haloperidol, oxazepam, carbamazapine using TLC, HPLC and UV spectrophotometry methods.During this work we used tablet forms of clozapine, risperidone, sertindole, olanzapine, aripiprazole. It is possible to use solution systems like ethanol-water-25% ammonia solution (8:1:1), toluol-acetone-ethanol-25% ammonia solution (45:45:7.5:2.5), dioxan-chloroform-acetone-25% ammonia solution (47.5:45:5:2.5) for preliminary examination of atypical neuroleptic agents under study in combination with typical neuroleptics and tranquilizers with undirected analysis (general screening). System of solvents ethyl-acetate-chloroform-25% ammonia solution (85:10:5) is recommended to use for individual screening of risperidone, sertindole, olanzapine, haloperidol, benzol-ethanol-25% ammonia solution (50:10:0.5) system to use for clozapine, sertindole, olanzapine. Ethanol-25% ammonia solution (100:1.5) system is reasonable to use for chromatographic clearance of extracts from biological substances under study. We recommend using HPLC method and UV spectrophotometry for carrying out of a principal examination of clozapine, risperidone, sertindole, olanzapine and aripiprazole in case one of the substances under study is determined in the object.

A NEW AYAFROL PHYTOPREPARATION BIOACCESSIBILITY STUDY
Abstract
The articles describes the results of "Ayafrol, 3% ointment" phytopreparation bioaccessibility study on the basis of essential oil of Ajania fruticulosa for local treatment of wounds. We have studied pharmacokinetics of the phytopreparation with estimation of intensity of essential oil components general action on organism after its penetration in systemic blood. The method is based on isolated liquid extraction of substances from serum of experimental animals. The results showed that there was no cumulation of phytopreparation components in system blood in 24 hours exposition while applying it locally. High concentration of a substance may occur directly on the wound surface. Thus Ayafrol ointment components are oriented on a local action towards wounds, directly in a place of contact of wound surface.

SPECIFIC MARKETING STUDIES OF ASSORTMENT OF DIURETIC DRUGS IN PYATIGORSK PHARMACIES
Abstract
Diuretics are ones of the most popular classes of antihypertensive remedies. They are characterized by low cost, high efficiency, and a good acceptability. Therefore the purpose of the research was to study an assortment of diuretics and to develop merchandise inventory of a pharmacy organization to improve quality of population drug supply. During the research we used methods of system, economic and statistic analysis, questioning, content-analysis and ABC-analysis. The research resulted on three groups of diuretic remedies depending on the specific density in general revenues from realization of these drugs group A. Group B amounted to 29.3% of the turnover. The rest 13 names were included in a Group C, their share was 29.4% of an amount of diuretics drugs. Pharmacy should always have drugs from the groups A and B.

REGINOAL PECULARITIES OF HYPOTENSIVE DRUGS USE BY PREGNANT WOMEN
Abstract
Hypotensive drugs applied by pregnant women in gestational and post-gravidary periods are limited by four basic groups of antihypertensive substances. Administration of other drugs is rare and do not have a tendency to grow. The majority of drugs corresponds to the following criteria: they are low cost, they are used during several decades. Beta-adrenergic blockers are the leaders among the hypotensive drugs for pregnant women. On the whole, pharmacotherapy of a high blood pressure of contingent under study corresponds to international recommendations.
