Social practices and laws of logic
Abstract
The article discusses the question of the question of what is the nature of the laws of logic. These laws reflect practice, but not in the sense of material production, social action, or scientific experiment. They reflect the practice of people using the language, which serves as a means for them to transmit, accumulate and preserve knowledge. One of the tasks of logic is the explication of ordinary language representations associated with the use of logical connectives, the result of which should be the replacement of these representations by strict concepts included in the structure of logical systems.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the features of the Faustian culture as a culture of the will to power. It is noted that in Goethe’s tragedy the main character also seeks power over the world concluding an alliance with the devil for this. Based on this classic understanding of Faustian three main types of the images of the forces of evil are identified and analyzed.

Retelling in philosophy: the story of the one mistake
Abstract
The article draws attention to a problem of a seemingly philological nature: a retelling of a classical philosophical text in the interests of, for example, a reference publication or a textbook. However, in reality it turns out that even venerable authors do not always cope with this task. As an example of an incorrect retelling, philosophy analyzes Aristotle’s ethics – as the most seemingly accessible section of his philosophy. The error in the retelling begins with the fact that the central concept of Aristotle’s ethics – “a wonderful act” remains ignored. Aristotle has this one concept, and not the concept of “act” with the assessment of “beautiful”. It is in the single concept of “beautiful act” that the concept of “honor” is implicitly contained, which Seneca, subsequently developing the essence of Aristotelian thought, will develop to the concept of “conscience”. An error in the retelling of the text turns the entire retelling into an arbitrary construction, and therefore even a tour through quotes becomes more preferable.
