Abstract

Practically from the very beginning of academic degrees granting to Russians in the home country the issue of degree connection to the sphere of activity was regulated. Dynamics of academic degrees of medical and pharmaceutical personnel in various editions of nomenclatures is considered in this article. Sixteen nomenclatures from Soviet and post-Soviet period and their connection with the system of scientific and scientificpedagogical personnel education and national medicine development are considered in detail. Additionally, it was revealed at what level decisions were made on the nomenclature of scientific specialties. The analysis of both nomenclatures’ contents and their difference in various educational organizations and subsequent tendency towards their nation-wide unification is given (2 tables, bibliography: 30 refs).

THE CONCEPT OF USING BIG DATA TECHNOLOGY IN MODERN MEDICINE

Yakovlev A.V., Naydenova K.A.

Abstract

Actual problems of Big Data collection and retrieval in medicine are considered, the role and significance of large data for modern medicine are illustrated based on a review of domestic and foreign works in this area. New concept and structure of large data processing system in medicine is advanced. The main idea of this system is the integration and coherence of theoretical knowledge about man and the environment with knowledge obtained as a result of the experimental data analysis in various diagnostic and prognostic tasks in medicine. The necessity of implementing such a system in the Military Medical Academy Scientific Research Centre is substantiated (2 figs, bibliography: 21 refs).

THE CHANGE OF CERTAIN INDICATORS OF IMMUNITY FROM THE MILITARY, DEPENDING ON THE NORTHERN EXPERIENCE

Bogdanova E.G., Bolekhan A.V., Gubanov A.I., Korovin A.E.

Abstract

Move the inhabitants of the middle latitudes in uncomfortable for them climatic conditions of the North is the so-called northern stress (the polar tension syndrome), an important manifestation of which is the seasonal occurrence of secondary immunodeficiency. The paper presents data on changes in the immune system and the concentration of the stress hormone cortisol from the military, depending on the northern experience. Quantitative parameters of cellular immunity were evaluated by the content of various subpopulations of T-lymphocytes by immunophenotyping. Assessment of humoral immunity was performed on the content in the peripheral blood of a population of Mature b-lymphocytes (CD20+), immunoglobulin classes M, G, А, circulating immune complexes average weight. Soldiers surveyed men aged 22 to 40 years old who have arrived on military service of the middle climatic regions of Russia and served in the far North from 6 months to a year and from one year to two years. The group was comprised of soldiers serving in the middle climatic zone of Russia. Analysis of the immune system of the military serving in the far North, showed that the most typical violations affect structural and functional parameters of immunocompetent cells. The study of humoral immunity revealed that in the first stages of stay in the North people came from the middle latitudes, a decrease in the immune response, causes a state of secondary immunodeficiency. The obtained results indicate that for most indicators of immunity a two-year term of stay of people in the North is insufficient to restore their background values (3 tables, bibliography: 28 refs).

PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL INDICATORS OF MILITARY SERVICE WOMEN WITH A VARIOUS LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION TO TRAINING IN THE MILITARY HIGH SCHOOL OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF RUSSIA

Gabueva F.A.

Abstract

The article is devoted to particularities of physiological indicators of military servcewomen with different levels of occupational adaptation to studying at a military university under the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The research involved 122 female senior students of a military university. Based on their academic success and expert evaluation of their service using the cluster analysis method, women were divided into two groups, more successful and less successful. Comparative analysis was carried out using Student t-test. The main conclusion of the research is that more successful servicewomen have a faster and more productive response to difficult or stress situations (under noise conditions, lack of time or monotony). Less successful females experienced stressed which could cause worse adaptation to studying at a military university (4 tables, bibliography: 15 refs).

PERICARDITIS IN THE HIV-INFECTION’ DYNAMICS

Ulyukin I.M.

Abstract

It is known that the epidemic of the disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-infection) continues in the Russian Federation, which is very difficult to assess in comparison with previous years. Against this background, in our country there is a steady increase in the frequency of development and diagnosis of secondary, somatic and neuropsychiatric diseases in such patients, which is due to the presence and progression of specific immunosuppression. An important role in worsening the condition of patients is the growth of diseases of the cardiovascular system. At the same time, it is necessary to emphasize the differences in the clinical manifestations of cardiovascular damage depending on the geographical location of patients and on their economic status. This review examines the clinical, diagnostic and prognostic issues of pericarditis against HIV-infection in order to improve the medical and psychological support for such patients in the dynamics of their illness. It has been shown that some antiretroviral agents can also contribute to an increase in the incidence of cardiovascular disease in the context of HIV-infection, due to metabolic changes associated with specific therapy and systemic immune activation (contributing to endothelial inflammation and atherosclerosis), and therefore require careful selection in the presence of cardiovascular risk factors. Thus, today’s task is to reduce the risk of CAS by actively screening and treating variable risk factors by changing the lifestyle of patients (in particular, avoiding smoking, maintaining optimal body weight, treating diabetes, hypertension) and careful selection of antiretroviral and other medications in accordance with the main cardiovascular risk factors (bibliography: 52 refs).

MECHANIZM OF SURVIVING IN CONDITIONS OF HOSTILE MICROBIOCENOSIS

Listov M.V.

Abstract

The article presents the results of a literature review of publications devoted to secretions of defensive glands of beetles and their influence on organisms in case of hostile biocenosis. The author has summarised the problems of relationship between the chemical defence of beetles sp. and variability of organisms falling into the zone of influence of the components (exudates) used by anthropods as defence and signal substances. Most often these secretions have a strong odor. The “quinoidous” scents are contained in secretions of species producing quinones and their derivatives. The “carbolic” odor is contained in scents produced by species producting phenol and cresol. The “lemon” odor in hymenopterous and certain beetle secretions containing the terpenes citral and/or citronellal. The toxic substances entering into the composition of the secretions of glands of arthropods are used against natural enemies, predators and parasites, and when coming into contact with flowering plants, seeds of agricultural plants in storage, with microorganisms and also with generative and somatic cells of aquatic and terrestial animals, act as one of factors of natural selection. As it was shown in the article, some series of defensive exudates possess mutagenicactivity-such exudates may not only destroy but also produce variation in organisms at the DNA level. The wide distribution of beetles producing substances with genetic activity makes it expedient to introduce a special term to characterize them. We propose to call such species mutagenophores. The article represents in brief the original theory of natural variation of organisms and emphasizes its focal and chemical nature. In the article the author presents the results of his investigations in study of interaction of water solution of 1,4-benzoquinone and hydroquinone with DNA Escherichia coli by the method of electronic paramagnetic resonance and discusses the original methodic of reproduction of model of neuropolymeosite on linear mice DBA/2 through oral injectionof hydroquinone (1 figure, bibliography: 64 refs).
