Improvement of milk quality is impossible without deep milk purification

Abstract

Necessity to treat raw milk in a screening separator for improving quality of milk
purification is grounded. Comparing handling of raw milk in a cream separator
with those in a screening separator the author is coming to a conclusion about
insufficient degree of purification in a cream separator.
