Consumers' preferences at choosing milk products

Abstract

Survey of the consumers’ preferences related with milk products among the people living in the Chelyabinsk region was made. The majority of respondents irrespective of their social and demographic characteristics prefer liquid milk. The five leaders have also included: fermented milks, curds products, kefir and yogurts. Liquid milks, curds, curds products and kefir are considered to be the principle objects for enriching with vitamins and mineral components.
