Water procedures in a farm
Abstract
Quality and safety of milk by 85% depend on efficiency of cleaning of inner surfaces of milking equipment. Milk producers lose from 0.52 to 1.20 rouble per liter due to violation of rules of cleaning and due to non-compliance with total contamination requirements of raw milk defined by technical regulation.

Indicating strips Desicont for express control of the disinfecting agent concentrations
Abstract
Many years of activity of the scientific-production company Vinar are related with development of efficient, rapid and available methods of disinfecting agents control - indicator strips Desicont. Indicating strips have been developed for almost 100 disinfecting preparations major par of which is applied in food and dairy industries. Principle advantages of the indicating strips as compared to those of analytical methods and ready solutions-indicators are simplicity and independence from laboratory, equipment, utilities and solvents, possibility to make analysis practically in place of disinfecting, precision and high stability at proper storage.

Calgonit Stericide Forte 15: scientific-practical aspects of application
Abstract
Disinfecting agent Calgonit Stericide Forte 15 is a transparent liquid of acid type (pH of 1% solutions is about 2.8) with acute smell. The agent is well mixed with water in any ratios. Index of hydrogen ions activity (pH) of working solutions is close to neutral one. Mass share (concentration) of working solutions is controlled with application of permanganatometric and iodometric titration

Abstract
The Krasnodar scientific-production enterprise Floreal produces special cleaning agents for food sector, heat technique, recreation complex, medicine and house keeping. Work of the company at an enterprise begins with hygiene state evaluation and discussion of customers need and special orders. Complete set of agents for each individual customer is also provided with detailed recommendations prepared together with specialists of the All Russian Dairy Research Institute.

Sanitarian treatment of equipment with disinfecting agents possessing cleaning action.
Abstract
Application of the agent Katril-MD-1 gives possibility to unite two principle stages of the sanitarian treatment (washing and disinfection) in one process. As a result duration of the process is reduced, and water and electricity consumptions decrease by 30% each.

Innovative equipment for primary cooling of milk: development and operation

The company Hladotehnika (Novosibirsk) and the Novosibirsk State Agrarian University have conducted joint work. The subject of the work was to develop, manufacture and operate mobile plants of flow type for pastures and milk farms for direct cooling of milk in the farms in the Novosibirsk region.

Abstract
The authors of the article have studied principle characteristics of the cultural liquid of propionic bacteria. It has been established that a wide spectrum of biologically active substances accumulates in the liquid. It has been also proved that disintegration of cells results in increase of metabolites in the medium.

Gene modified microorganisms in food products
Abstract
Possibility to apply gene modified organisms in technology of the products for special purposes was analysed. It was found that for lactose removal lactose is fermented by lactic acid microflora to lactic acid and other products. Composition and properties of lactose containing preparations were studied in relation with their possible application in the technology of low lactose whey drinks. Effects of technological factors and processes on special features of lactose hydrolysis in real conditions were studied.

Fermented milk product with probiotic characteristics enriched with calcium
Abstract
The aim of the scientific and research work was theoretical foundation and development of fermented milk product with probiotic properties fortified with calcium. Biotechnology of a new product was based on application of probiotic cultures in immobilized form. As a mineral fortifier mechanically activated calcium gluconate was evaluated for the first time possessing unique therapeutic efficiency without additional application of the vitamin D. The scheme for manufacturing fermented milk product enriched with calcium has been developed. The product can be recommended for human nutrition in unfavorable ecological and hygienic conditions as well as for mass nutrition.
