At the cattle farm Krasnyi Oktyabr study has been carried out with the aim to identify inhibiting substances in milk. Analyses were made in the laboratory for quality determination of the Moscow Agricultural Academy after K.A. Timiryazev. Measures have been worked out for preventing getting the substances in milk.
