Bekenova D.Z., Demidov A.A., Sagitova G.R., Ledyaev M.Y.

Abstract

The present study provides data on the dynamics of biometals including zinc and copper in patients with acute coronary syndrome depending on the extent of myocardial infarction. The concentration of zinc in blood serum in all groups of patients with acute coronary syndrome on admission was significantly lower, while that of copper was higher than in the control group. These changes were proportional to the extent of myocardial infarction and were most pronounced in patients with Q wave myocardial infarction.

DYNAMICS OF FENO AND EFFECTIVENESS OF BASIC ASTHMA PHARMACOTHERAPY IN CHILDREN RECEIVING MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY TREATMENT

Shishimorov I.N.

Abstract

A 12-week, prospective, randomized, open, comparative, parallel-group study was performed. The study included 50 children with uncontrolled and partially controlled atopic asthma and laboratory diagnosis of magnesium deficiency. Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of pharmacotherapy of bronchial asthma (BA) in children receiving magnesium deficiency treatment. Magnesium B6 Forte was used to treat concomitant magnesium deficiency. The effectiveness of pharmacotherapy was evaluated within 12 weeks based on the level of asthma control, frequency of exacerbations and the number of days on which the patient had no symptoms. The dynamics of the severity of allergic inflammation was evaluated using a monthly monitoring system of the levels of nitric oxide in the exhaled air (FeNO). Conclusion: The effectiveness of BA pharmacotherapy was enhanced in children receiving magnesium deficiency treatment.

Abstract

We examined 186 women with a rectocele and pelvic floor insufficiency. 5 autopsies of women showing the signs of the presence of a rectocele were also conducted. We found that the topography of the perineum with a rectocele is different from the perineal anatomy of a healthy individual. The awareness of the changes in perineal rectocele makes it possible to substantiate the most rational methods of its surgical correction.

Mokrousov I.S.

Abstract

In occluded descending branch of the left coronary artery the RGPU-207 compound exerted a maximal antiischemic effect at a dose of 9,38 mg/kg which was proved by a 56 % decrease in the area under the curve of ST segment as compared with the negative control group. The compared drugs of verapamil at a dose of 1,64 mg/kg, ivabradine at a dose of 21 mg/kg and mexidol at a dose of 40 mg/kg reduced the area under the curve of ST segment by 50, 38 and 41 % respectively The tested compound exhibited an antiarrhythmic action, reducing the severity of reperfusion arrhythmias as compared to verapamil and surpassed ivabradine and mexidol.

CLINICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL SUBSTANTIATION OF A DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH TO TREATMENT OF ENDOMETRIAL HYPERPLASIA IN PERIMENOPAUSE

Sviridova N.I.

Abstract

We carried out a comprehensive clinical and laboratory study in which 108 patients aged 41 to 53 (48,12 ± 2,15) years with recurrent endometrial hyperplasia (EH) were engaged. We performed an immunohistochemical study of the expression of ER-α, PR and the Ki-67 and PCNA proliferation markers in the epithelium of endometrial glands and stromal cells. Receptor expression was characterized by a predominance of PR over ER-α in patients with simple endometrial hyperplasia (SEH) and complex endometrial hyperplasia (CEH). We established a maximal reduction in the PR immunohistochemical index in CEH as compared with those in the control group. The differentiated approach to treatment of endometrial hyperplasia was substantiated.

Abstract

According to the pharmacoeconomical analysis «The costs of illness» of ambulatory care of diabetes mellitus type 2 which was hold in outpatient clinics in the city of Volgograd and Volzhsky it was established that there are far more costs of the comorbidities of diabetes mellitus type 2(19554,3 ± 406,5) RUB in comparison with other costs of diabetes. The biggest part of these costs goes to macroangiopathy (80 %). The first place among these costs belongs to arterial hypertension (60,4 %). All in all the drug therapy of comorbidities corresponds to the clinical guidelines and standarts but, however, needs to be corrected. According to the costs the first place in the treatment of arterial hypertension belongs to β-adrenoblockers (48,1 %) while ACE-inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor blockers and agonosts to I1-receptors are more recommended by russian and foreign guidelines in this case.

THE DYNAMICS OF MOLECULAR PROCESSES CHANGES OF OXYGEN UTILIZATION IN POSTINFARCTION PERIOD AT PATIENTS WITH DIFFERENT FREQUENCY OF MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN ANAMNESIS

Gridasova R.A., Mikashinovich Z.I., Belousova E.S.

Abstract

The comparative analysis of metabolic processes and functional activity of erythrocytes at patients with different stages of ischemical heart diseases was made. The level of 2,3-biphosphoglycerate, concentrations of pyruvate and lactate were estimated in the patients' erythrocytes. Revealed changes in energetic metabolism of erythrocytes play an important role in pathogenesis of this disease, because they reflect different sensitivity to oxygen insufficiency in those metabolic processes which provide functional activity of heart and that is why they reflect pathogenetic and clinical difference of course of postinfarction period.

AGE-RELATED INVOLUTION AND ACUTE THYMIC ATROPHY IN EXPERIMENTAL CARCINOGENESIS

Moskvichev E.V., Merkulova L.M., Struchko G.Y., Mychailova M.N., Kostrova O.Y.

Abstract

The influence of developing an experimental colon tumors on the thymus in rats. Established that the number of mature medullar thymocytes remains constant during carcinogenesis, in contrast to age-atrophy of thymus, where their number is reduced. Also in tumorogenesis notes an increases number of neuroendocrine and neuroectodermal cells in thymocite microenvironment. This suggests that during carcinogenesis, along with signs of atrophy of the thymic parenchyma there are signs of conservation timopoesis together as opposed to age involution in which the production of thymocytes is reduced.
