New type of the food pathogens Enterobacter sakazakii in babyformulas

Abstract

New approach to the control of dry instant mixtures for infants including
premature and new born has been formulated. The method includes total count of bacteria spp. Enterobacteriaceae and widened biochemical identification of the all cultural-morphological types of isolates.
