Quality indices of the milk of the brown Swiss breed and prospects for their improvement

Abstract

The ways to increase milk productivity of the brown Swiss cows and to improve competitiveness of the breed due to milking, selection of animals and choosing of the animals taking into account quality indices and genetically determined polymorphous milk proteins are offered.
