Regeneration of the membranes of ultrafiltration plants

Scientific and practical approach to the issues of cleaning and sanitarian treatment of membranes used in ultra-filtration plants for milk raw materials was discussed. Recommendations are given concerning application of cleaning and disinfecting agents.
