INFLUENCE OF VAGINAL OPERATIONS IN THE CORRECTION OF THE GENITAL PROLAPSE ON THE SEXUAL FUNCTION OF WOMEN

Filimonov V.B., Semjatov S.M., Vasin R.V., Vasina I.V.

Abstract

This article describes the influence of vaginal operations on the elimination of PG on the sexual function of patients. In women with genital prolapse, low rates of the index of female sexual function were noted. In the long-term postoperative period, there was a significant improvement in all indicators of the female sexual function index (FSFI), except for orgasm and dyspareunia (p ≥ 0,05), in comparison with similar indicators before the operation. Vaginal operations with prolapse of genitals using polypropylene nets and without them improve sexual function. The overall score of the index of sexual function is significantly increased in patients who underwent correction of genital prolapse with an ultralight and light implant from 15,8 ± 5,3 to 25,2 ± 4,2 and from 15,5 ± 5 to 21,4 ± 6,0, respectively in patients with the use of their own tissues - from 16,1 ± 6,7 to 21,7 ± 8,5.

Shamojan G.M., Trofimenko A.I., Kade A.H., Dzhopua M.A., Movsesjan M.A.

Abstract

Study of the involution processes of the postpartum uterus and the development of it's regulatory tools is of great importance for the clinic medicine. The purpose of our work was to study the effect of the drug «Dalargin» on the condition of the uterus in rats on the 7th day after childbirth. During the study 2 groups of animals were identified: group № 1 (n = 15) - control, intact female rats after the parturition; group № 2 (n = 15) - experimental, female rats received the drug «Dalargin» 1.1 mg / kg for 3 days after the parturition. According to the histological researches it can be seen that epithelization of the uterine horn in rats of both groups by the 7 days after the parturition is at the stage of completion. Female rats from group № 2 (received «Dalargin») showed that the thickness of the uterine horn wall was 9 % higher, the thickness of the myometrium was 12 % higher, the thickness of the single-layer prismatic epithelium layer was 31 % higher than in the control. A feature of rats received «Dalargin» is the restoration of a layer of mucus on the surface of the endometrium by 7 days after the parturition. Thus, the use of the drug «Dalargin» enhances the recovery of the endometrium of the uterus after the parturition and slows the turnover in the myometrium.

THE FEATURES OF PARAMETERS OF AMBULATORY CENTRAL AORTIC PRESSURE MONITORING IN HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

Statsenko M.E., Derevyanchenko M.V., Titarenko M.N., Turkina S.V.

Abstract

Aim: to evaluate the features of the parameters of ambulatory central aortic pressure monitoring (CAP) in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) in combination with diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2. Materials and methods: 120 patients with stage II-III of AH aged from 40 to 65 years old were included into the research. The 1st (the main) group (n = 80) consisted of patients with AH and DM of type 2, the 2nd group (control) consisted of patients (n = 40) with «isolated» AH. The groups were comparable in terms of the main clinical and demographic characteristics. The parameters of CAP were determined using a multifunctional complex BPLab (Petr Telegin, Russia). Results: Pulse aortic pressure (PADao) was significantly higher in patients with AH and type 2 DM than in the group of patients with AH without type 2 DM (54,0 ± 10,1 vs 46,3 ± 6,7 mm Hg) mainly due to an increase in PADao during the day (52,2 ± 9,9 vs 48,1 ± 4,9 mm Hg, p < 0,05). The overall index of augmentation (IA) was statistically significantly higher in the main group of patients than in the control group (32,9 ± 7,3 vs 26,8 ± 13,7 mm Hg) due to an increase in IA overnight in patients with AH and type 2 DM in comparison with those with «isolated» AH (37,2 ± 9,8 vs 22,6 ± 10,7 mm Hg, p < 0,05). Conclusion: The more unfavorable parameters of the ambulatory profile of the CAD were noted in the group of patients with AH and type 2 DM, compared with the group of patients with «isolated» AH. It reflects the increase in rigidity of the main arteries. The obtained data testify the patients with AH and type 2 DM to a higher risk of cardiovascular complications than the patients with «isolated» AH. It is necessary to take into account the effect of drugs on the elasticity of the vascular wall when choosing antihypertensive therapy in persons with AH in combination with type 2 DM.

Abstract

According to the results of studies of the state of dental health of children living on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad, the most common conditions include dentoalveolar anomalies (DAA). It is claimed that the prevalence of children with DDA in recent decades has increased from 50 % to 65-70 % and does not tend to decrease. At the same time, most authors study the prevalence of DDA in general and some of their varieties. Less they study the prevalence of certain types of anomalies and do not pay attention to a more detailed characterization of the dental arches and their correlation, which is decisive in the planning of therapeutic and prophylactic measures. Insufficiently studied orthodontic pathology in Krasnodar and the Krasnodar Territory, which was the reason for this study.

FACTORS OF PHYSIOLOGICAL CONDITIONALITY OF INDIVIDUAL RISK OF PSYCHOEMOTIONAL DISADAPTATION

Mulik A.B., Popov S.F., Nazarov N.O., Ulesikova I.V., Mulik I.G., Shatyr J.A.

Abstract

An indispensable condition for the individualization of a person's health-saving support is the provision of constant monitoring of the functional state of the body through the application of standard methods of instrumental rapid testing. As a result of a complex of experimental studies involving 126 people, using indicators of electroencephalography, cardiointervalography and general nonspecific reactivity of the organism, a number of interrelationships of functional, psychophysiological and psychological characteristics that determine a person's inclination to develop psychoemotional tension are revealed. The possibility of using the level of general nonspecific reactivity as a criterion for assessing the individual risk of forming a psychoemotional disadaptation in a person is substantiated. At the same time, as a marker phenotypic sign determining the risk of development of psychoemotional disadaptation, a high level of general nonspecific reactivity of the organism was isolated.
