Abstract
The article contains information about fermented milk products «Bifiland» and «Bifilife» and their positive effects on human health. Composition of the concentrate based on the consortium of 5 species of bifidobacteria that is applied in fermented milk products manufacturing with the aim to obtain probiotic characteristics is discussed.
