Abstract

The technology of the acidophilic drink enriched with some products of bee-keeping and oligofructose has been developed. The acid formation process in the drink with added supplements makes it possible to reduce time of fermentation by 2 hours. The supplements applied promote vitamins B1, B2 and E synthesis in the course of storing.
