Resumo

The new rapid procedure identifying 31 antibiotic residues by mass spectrometry with matrix /nanosurface - assisted laser desorption / ionization (MALDI / NALDI MS) in milk was developed. As a matrix α-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid and standard substrates nanosurface of the company Bruker Daltonic («Nanosys MSP 96») were used. To remove antibiotics from milk ace-tonitrile was applied without subsequent purification of the extract. Limits of detection were 0.001-0.3 mg/kg, the duration of the analysis is 20-30 min.
