USE OF THE FIBRINOLYTIC DRUG TROMBOVAZIM IN THE FIBRINOID SYNDROME TREATMENT AFTER CATARACT EXTRACTION

Gndoyan I.A.

Abstract

Results of fibrinoid syndrome treatment after cataract extraction in 64 patients with pseudoexfoliation syndrome are represented. The main directions of treatment were anti-inflammatory therapy, fibrinolytic therapy and IAG-laser destruction of fibrinous elements in the eye anterior chamber. A comparative study of two fibrinolytics efficiency was performed: geamase and trombovazim. Trombovazim showed the advantage of accelerating treatment and improving the mode of drug delivery. The preoperative use of trombovazim in patients with fibrinoid syndrome risk factors led to a significant decrease of its development rate in the postoperative period.

The aim of this work was to evaluate the informativeness of the results of ELISA obtained by experimental and commercial test kits designed to detect immunoglobulins to the West Nile fever agent. To obtain an accurate laboratory diagnosis in the first days after infection two variants of test kits «Anti-West Nile Virus ELISA (IgM)» + «Avidity Anti-West Nile Virus (IgG) ELISA» («Euroimmun AG», Germany) should be used preferably In the last stages of disease and after the transferred infection we recommend setting of ELISA using the complex of following immunoenzyme kits: «Anti-West Nile Virus ELISA (IgG)» + «Avidity Anti-West Nile Virus (IgG) ELISA»(«Euroimmun AG», Germany).

CRITERIONS OF EVALUATION OF CARDIAC ACTIVITY DAMAGE ADAPTATION IN CHILDREN WITH CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE

Komissarova O.A., Doronina T.N., Cherkasov N.S., Ledyaev M.I., Gavrikov L.K.

Abstract

We determined CPK-MB activity, the index of cardiac rhythm variability in 30 children with congenital heart disease - open arterial canal after cardiosurgical correction together with clinical examination. 3 months after cardiosurgical operation we registered an increased CPK-MB activity in blood serum and a decrease in coefficient K of heart rate variability 30/15 in the period of cardiac activity adaptation. A change of these indexes correlates with high reliability, which indicates impaired cardiac activity. The studied tests can serve as additional indications of cardiac activity evaluation of cardiac activity adaptation of children after surgery for cardiac failure.

INVOLUTION OF MORPHOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF RENAL PELVIS AND GREATER CALYCES ACCORDING TO COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY

Stabredov A.V., Asfandiarov R.I., Kraiushkin A.I., Smirnov A.V., Zagrebin V.L.

Abstract

We revealed involution of morphometric data of human renal pelvis and greater calyces. Most renal pelvis parameters decrease in adulthood together with the size of kidneys. At the age of involution and in old age the parameters of calyces increase apparently Male subjects showed a greater degree of involution than females. These changes cannot but affect urodynamics causing disturbance of urine outflow and aggravating the disturbance of renal excretion.

HYPERPLASTIC ENDOMETRIAL PROCESS: ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURE AND PREDOMINANCE IN PERIMENOPAUSAL WOMEN

Tkachenko L.V., Sviridova N.I., Vdovin S.V., Speransky D.L.

Abstract

The article presents the results of hystologic investigation of endometrium evacuated under hysteroscopic control from 4158 women aged 41-53 (over the period 2001 — 2010) examined and treated in Volgograd gynecological departments. Endometrial hyperplasia was revealed in 22% patients aged 41 — 44, in 41% patients aged 45 — 48, in 37% patients aged 49 — 53. Our studies demonstrate that the frequency of simple and complicated forms of endometrial hyperplasia in perimenopausal women is on the decrease over the last 10 years, while the frequency of partial endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial polyps is growing. The data indicates a lack of pathogenetic methods of treatment of endometrial hyperplasia in women in perimenopause.
