Это фактически аудит: компания производит оценку состояния производственной среды и указывает работодателю, что по действующим нормативно- правовым актам, например, сотрудник обязан работать 6 или 7 ч, ему положены такие-то средства индивидуальной защиты, чтобы он не получил профессионального заболевания и т.д. Безусловно, все это делается ради сохранения здоровья и жизни работника. При выявлении профессионального заболевания у работника ответственность за это лежит на работодателе, и он впоследствии оплачивает работнику потерянный заработок.
