New information is given about multilayer flexible polymer films, active materials. The market of the similar materials is characterized. Directions of their modifications and some examples of realization of the solutions offered are shown. The Russian package by the eyes of the American designer
摘要
Мне довелось оказаться на самом краю России, Дальнем Востоке, в городе Биробиджане, в 9000 км от Москвы. Как эксперт по упаковке и основатель глобального дизайн-агентства по созданию упаковки я был заинтригован брендами, дизайном и, самое главное, способами и технологиями упаковки, которые мне встречались во время походов по продуктовым магазинам. Я провел небольшое исследование, чтобы лучше понять историю российского дизайна упаковки и текущие тенденции в этой области. Хотелось изучить различия между дизайном упаковки, который мы разрабатываем каждый день для ходовых потребительских товаров крупных брендов, и теми задачами, которые возникают при разработке и производстве упаковки для российского рынка.

A new order for attestation of working places accordingto the labor conditions
摘要
С сентября 2011 г. действует новый порядок проведения аттестации рабочих мест по условиям труда (приказ Минздравсоцразвития России от 26.042011 г. № 342н). Это фактически аудит: компания производит оценку состояния производственной среды и указывает работодателю, что по действующим нормативно- правовым актам, например, сотрудник обязан работать 6 или 7 ч, ему положены такие-то средства индивидуальной защиты, чтобы он не получил профессионального заболевания и т.д. Безусловно, все это делается ради сохранения здоровья и жизни работника. При выявлении профессионального заболевания у работника ответственность за это лежит на работодателе, и он впоследствии оплачивает работнику потерянный заработок.

摘要
The impacts of chicory on the organoleptic and probiotic properties of the fermented creamy bioproof-reader were investigated. It has been found that the use of chicory in the quantity of 4 % has a positive effect on the parameters studied and can be used in the manufacture of the biocorrector.

Antioxidants present in products and entering a human body with foods prevent oxidative stress and activation of the oxidative processes in a product itself. Free radicals processes and antioxidant properties of the traditional and UF-curds have been studied. The membrane method allows getting the products possessing the highest antioxidant activity.
